It's vast plain grassland with dotted trees and rocks outcrop. Serengeti is the world famous wildlife sanctuary there still exists the greatest and most spectacular concentration of game animals found anywhere in the world.
Tour Itinerary:
Day 1: Arusha – Serengeti National Park
Early after breakfast you will drive to Serengeti National Park with picnic lunch boxes. You will have a game drive on route via the Olduvai Gorge until late in the afternoon when you will proceed to Serengeti Sopa Lodge for dinner & overnight. Meal Plan (B) (L) (D)
Day 2: Serengeti – Ngorongoro Crater
You will have an early in the morning game drive at the Serengeti National Park and after breakfast you will proceed to the Ngorongoro Crater with picnic lunch boxes. You will have an evening game drive at the crater before you proceed to Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge for dinner & overnight. Meal Plan (B) (L) (D)
Day 3: Ngorongoro Crater – Lake Eyasi
Early after breakfast you will have a full day game drive at the crater with picnic lunch boxes. Late in the afternoon you will drive to Lake Eyasi and proceed to the Lake Eyasi Campsite for dinner and overnight. Meal Plan (B) (L) (D)
Day 4: Lake Eyasi – Lake Manyara National Park
Early after breakfast you will visit the Bushmen Village to see their daily activities and you can have an optional 3-4 hours hunting tour with the Bushmen. You will also be able to try local fishing methods before you drive to Lake Manyara Serena Lodge for dinner and overnight. Meal Plan (B) (L) (D)
Day 5: Lake Manyara National Park
After breakfast you will drive to Lake Manyara National Park for a game drive at the park with picnic lunch boxes until late in the afternoon when you will drive back to Lake Manyara Serena Lodge for dinner and overnight. Meal Plan (B) (L) (D)
Day 6: Lake Manyara – Mto wa Mbu – Tarangire National Park
After breakfast you will drive to Mto WA Mbu for a cultural tour of the town. You will get the chance to see the local villagers going about their daily activities. You will also be able to take a close look at the traditional houses known as Bomas. After lunch you will proceed with the cultural tour of the town before you drive to Tarangire Sopa Lodge for dinner and overnight. Meal Plan (B) (L) (D)
Day 7: Tarangire National Park - Arusha
You will have a full day game drive at Tarangire National Park with picnic lunch boxes, Tarangire is well known for its large herds of Elephant population. You will proceed with the game drive until late afternoon when you will drive back to Arusha for overnight. Meal Plan (B) (L)
