Day 1: Morning arrival at Cochin Airport/Thrissur Railwaystation - on arrival transfer to Kadappuram Beach Resort Nattika, Thrissur. Afternoon consultation with the doctor. Evening free at beach. Over night.

Days 2 - 7 / 2 - 14: Morning Ayurveda as per the advise of the doctor. Rest of the day free at beach. Or optional ½ day tours at extra cost.
