The tours are arranged around your personal interest but all tours have specific destinations and the main centers and attractions of interest.
Your Itinerary:
Day 1: Pick up from Auckland airport and transfer to hotel. The first day is yours to acclimatise and adjust.
Day 2: A tour of Auckland and the main sites and commentary.
Day 3: We leave Auckland for Tokoroa where you will be for the next 5 days from here we will visit the Watomo caves on:
Day 4; Waitomo Glow Worm caves can be seen in two ways, either the traditional way by boat in a subterrainian siver or by Black Water Rafting, the choice is yours and the day will be arranged to suit either option.
Day 5: will be spent at Rotorua Thermal Wonderland and the centre of the Maori culture with the evening being entertained by the Maori at the MITAI CULTURE GROUP with the fantastic feast ( Hangi) at the end.
Days 6 & 7 will be spent at the TONGARIRO NATIONAL PARK where we will stay at the TOKAANU LODGE for the final night .
day 6 you will have the chance to hike accross the famed TONAGARIRO CROSSING, This is a 6 to 8 hour hike accross two volcanoes where you will get some of the greatest views around as well as the oportunity to get a look at a selection of plants that are indiginouse to this area only.
Day 7 our final day before your trip back to Auckland or any destination you may have pre-arranged, we will take a complete trip around the volcanic mountains of Tongariro, Ngaruahoe and Mt Ruapehu with a stop of at OHAKUNE and the WAIOURU WAR MEMORIAL MUSEUM then it is of to your next place of interest.
These tour can be customised to fit in any activity you would like to partake of includin Golf, Trout fishing, skiing, or anything else, ven if it is to just relax at he ALPHA HOMESTEAD and let your hosts pamper you or take on the accasional jaunt or even a picnic.
