Tour Itinerary:
Day 1: Upon your arrival in Cusco our staff will greet you at the airport and transfer to your hotel. Overnight at the Picoaga Hotel, a First Class Hotel located in the heart of the Cusco city center.
Day 2: Full day excursion to the village of Willoq and Patacancha. From the Sacred Valley of the Incas we travel the non-paved road 19 kilometers up along a narrow canyon lined with ancient agricultural terraces to the Village of Willoc, renown as home to the most skilled weavers of the region.
Willoc, a native rural Quechua community, is located at 12,129 feet. Home to a group of families rich in cultural values. Most men earn their living as porters for the Inca Trek and are known as "Huayruros". Women also strong and resourceful are outstanding weavers known for producing the highest quality textiles in the Sacred Valley of the Incas.
Overnight in the town of Ollantaytambo at the Hotel Pakaritampu. Pakaritampu Hotel is located in Ollantaytambo, 56 miles (90 km) away from Cusco, in the heart of the Inca's Sacred Valley. The Hotel is located a few meters away from the train station that will take you on an hour and half journey to Machu Picchu.
Day 3: Machu Picchu. Morning transfer to Ollantaytambo station to board the VistaDome train to Machu Picchu, "The Lost City of the Inca".
Day 4: Private guided tour of Machu Picchu. Afternoon VistaDome train to Cusco. Overnight Picoaga Hotel.
