Tour itinerary:
Day 1: Morning departure from Novi Sad and Belgrade and drive along the highway to Knic Lake. Traditional lunch and drive on to Kraljevo. Visit to Žica Monastery by confluence of Ibar and West Morava River. Drive on to Vrnjacka Banja Spa – „the Queen of spas in Serbia” and hotel accommodation. Traditional dinner, overnight.
Day 2: After breakfast drive via Kruševac and Beloljin to Kuršumlija Spa and Prolom spa. Visit to The Devil’s Town, the natural phenomenon of stoned creations. Traditional lunch followed by walks in intact nature and recreation. Hotel accommodation in Prolom banja Spa, special therapies and healing water in all bathrooms available only here: wellness program, enjoyment bathing programs in thermo-mineral waters. Beauty program on special request and indulgence. Dinner, overnight.
Day 3: After breakfast drive via Jošanica Spa to picturesque Rudno Village, peaceful hamlet on magic Radocelo Mountain. Traditional lunch. Drive via Raška to Djurdjevi Stupovi Monastery , dominating from the wooded hill over Novi Pazar. Sightseeing tour of this remarkable UNESCO listed monastery. Drive on to Golija Nature Reservation, under UNESCO protection. Hotel accommodation. Traditional dinner by fire-place.
Overnight.
Day 4: Breakfast and nature exploration deep into the thick Golija forests visiting highest peak Janko’s stone (1834m). Drive via Ivanjica along beautiful slopes of Mucanj Mountain. Traditional lunch and short time at leisure for enjoyment on „health-paths“ . Drive to Uvac, the Natural Reservation of First Cat. Visit to the highlanders’ household „on the Griffon Cliff“. Photographing from the scenic peak over the Uvac Canyon, the griffon vultures natural habitat. Traditional branch. Dinner and overnight in Priboj Spa.
Day 5: After breakfast visit to Dobrun Monastery and famous Visegrad Bridge. Visit to the Mecavnik Hill “Wooden Town”, ethno-settlement founded by famous film Director Emir Kusturica within Tara National Park. Traditional lunch. Archaic train ride by “Shargan Eight”, the only narrow railroad in Europe. Afternoon visit to Zaovina Lake, „the mountain pearl”. Visit to Tara mountain peaks with most beautiful viewing points on Drina River Gorge. Accommodation and dinner in Tara National Park mountain cottages. Overnight.
Day 6: After breakfast drive along beautiful Drina River and magnificent Tresnjica canyon exploration, the natural griffon vultures habitat. Recreation and entertainment in pure nature on gorgeous Povlen mountain, preparing wood for fire. Traditional lunch in a hunting lodge. Late afternoon drive to Koviljaca Spa, at the foothill of Gucevo Mountain. Accommodation and overnight in hotel.
Day 7: After breakfast visit to Trsic Village, Tekeris Mounument and Badanja Spa. Drive on to Zasavica Natural Reservation and boat ride in pure nature full of tranquility. Traditional lunch. Afternoon drive through Fruska Gora National Park and traditional branch. Evening arrival to Belgrade and Novi Sad. End of program.
