Tour Itinerary:
Day 1: Am transfer to Delhi’s domestic airport for flight to Srinagar, the summer capital of the state of Jammu and Kashmir. This beautiful hill station is famous for its lakes and the charming rows of houseboats floating on them. Pm visit Mughal Gardens, the charming Nishat Bagh, Shalimar Bagh and Chashme Shahi. Evening Shikara Ride on Dal Lake. Overnight at hotel.
Day 2: Am excursion to Gulmarg, a cup-shaped meadow of flowers at 8500 feet. Gulmarg is known for its fine ski slopes and has one of the world's highest green 18-hole Golf course. Very popular is the Gondola Project for a fun filled ride of a most unusual kind with its gondola lift (cable car) that ferries tourists right up to a height of 3090m through pine-clad slopes. Return to Srinagar. Overnight at hotel.
Day 3: Am visit Shankaracharya Temple, located on the Takht-e-Suleman (throne of Solomon) across the combined lakes of Dal and Nagin. The views from here are spectacular. One can see the entire city of Srinagar and the Jhelum valley with the river meandering its way through it. Rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight at hotel.
Day 4: Today you are transferred to the Srinagar airport for flight back to Delhi. On arrival in Delhi departure transfer for onward journey.
