Tour Itinerary:
Day 1: Original City : Jakarta or Bali
Upon your arrival in Original City, directly take flight to Jayapura with Lion Air at 22.00 – 07.00( The Next Day ).
Day 2: Jayapura – Wamena
Fly to Wamena by the 2 nd flight at 10.00 – 10.45. On arrive at Wamena airport, transfer to your hotel, then proceed to visiting Napua hill & Sinatma village, drive down to the town for having lunch. continue to Wesaput village to see the hanging bridge, local market and surrounding. Back to your hotel for own dinner and overnight stay. (L)
Day 3: Wamena – Sogokmo – Anjelma (B,L,D)
Arrive at Jayapura (Sentani Airport) meet by our guides, catch the flight to Wamena. Then drive 40 minutes to Sogokmo, the starting point of the trekking with your guide, cook and local porters. Trek will be 4 hours through Anjelma and passing some Dani sweet potatoes gardens. Afternoon arrive at village and you may walk around, while your cook preparation for dinner. Overnight stay at schools house of Anjelma. Lunch Box
Day 4: Anjelma – Kurima - Kilise
After breakfast, drive 35 minutes drive to Sogokmo, the starting point of the trekking. Heading to Kurima, the Sub District of the tribe on level terrain then continue climbing the Hasegem Hill on the direction of Kilise, the destination village. Along the trails you will meet local people in their activities and yet the scenery is very beautiful around. Lunch served en route. In the afternoon you may explore the traditional villages and learn about the locals way of life. Dinner and overnight in local guest house provided by the chief in Kilise (Walk approx. 4 hours, B, L, D).
Day 5: Kilise – Ibiroma - Syokosimo (B,L,D)
After breakfast, you are proceed to descend the steep hill down to traditional hanging bridge across Baliem river. Today’s walk is a little harder with narrow and slippery paths. But you may also enjoying the nature’s beauty by stopping in the small waterfall to get refreshing while the cook serving lunch. After this part, the path gets smaller and tricky until you find another river with no bridge to cross. Our trek about 4-5 hours to Syokosimo village.
Day 6: Syokosimo – Hitugi (B,L,D)
The trekking today is the shortest one. After breakfast you are proceed to continue the trek up to a village called Hitugi. Climbing up the hill all the way to the village is something different, but the scenery is incredibly beautiful combined with small villages and local people working in the field. You arrive to the village by noon where the cook is ready to serve lunch. Dinner and overnight.
Day 7: Hitugi – Kurima – Sogokmo – Wamena (B,L)
After breakfast, leaving Hitugi back to Sogokmo. The walk today is the longest one, but the terrain is not very difficult as trails wider and the panorama is so evicting. Passing Kurima village before ending up in Sogokmo where the car ready to take you back to Wamena. Lunch served en route. Dinner on your own expense overnight at hotel.
Day 8: Wamena - Kurulu - Wamena – Jayapura (B,L)
After breakfast, drive to Kurulu for about 45 minutes. Then walk for few minutes to see the 250 year old Mummy and also you may explore the traditional village around, or climb the Mili mountain where salt pool exist on top. Here you will learn how the locals doing their traditional salt process. Lunch served enroute. At noon, enjoy a local performance such as mocked war and traditional Earth oven cooking & Pig Ceremony. Today you can be interacted with the local Dani people and learn about their way of life. Late in the afternoon drive back to Wamena for catch flight to Jayapura. Upon your arrival directly transfer to hotel.
Day 9: Jayapura – Makassar - Toraja ( B )
Break fast in the Hotel then transferred to the Airport to catch the flight for Makassar (Sulawesi) with LION Air at 07.30 – 10.30. Upon your arrival in airport Makassar, and lead on an eight-hours drive to Tana Toraja. You’ll stop at Parepare for lunch, then at Bambapuang for refreshment. Late afternoon arrive in Toraja Dinner will be served at your hotel or local restaurant.
Day 10: Toraja Tour (B L D)
This the day excursion around Tana Toraja entails visits to various ancient villages; lemo, which is famous for its stone grave as well as for its beautiful Toraja house; Londa, where the dead buried with kete Kesu Pallawa, a traditional village rich in local handicrafts; ceremonies invoking reincarnation; the business places handicrafts Rantepao, Enjoy lunch during the tour and return to your hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 11: Toraja Tour (B L D)
You’ll spend the day exploring more of Tana Toraja, learning about the costumes and traditions of several tribes sprawled throughout the region.
Day 12: Toraja – Pendolo"Poso Lake" (B L D)
After breakfast at hotel Leaving Toraja for Pendolo. Some stops on the way for the nice views . Arrive in Pendolo directly check-in at Mulia Poso Lake Hotel for overnight and dinner.
Day 13: Pendolo/Lake Poso – Tentena (B L D)
We can start our journey after having breakfast. By public boat while crossing the Poso lake and surrounding mountains. This trip takes for hours. Lunch will be served in Tentena in the afternoon , check – in a hotel for overnight.
Day 14: Tentena - Ampana (B L D)
After breakfast at hotel, direct transfer to Ampana with approximately 08 hours drive passing through Poso town. Lunch enroute, and proceed to Ampana for your accommodation and dinner.
Day 15: Ampana - Togian Island (B L D)
After breakfast Take a drive to the pear and then take a boat to sail to Wakai Island as the transit island to continue to Kadidiri Island. Lunch boxes provided in this cruising journey. Arrive in Kadidiri Island directly check-in at Bungalows for overnight and dinner.
Day 16 – 17 - 18: Togian Island (B L D)
Breakfast at hotel . Free programmed with your leisure, activity trekking, island trip, snorkeling or diving, could be arranged in your hotel. Lunch, dinner and overnight at Bungalow.
Day 19: Togian – Ampana (B L D)
Breakfast at Bungalow Morning leisure. Take a public boat to Ampana
Day 20: Ampana – Palu (B L D)
Breakfast at Hotel, early Morning drive to Palu.
Day 21 : Palu –Airport ( B )
After Breakfast at hotel Transfer Palu Airport to catch the onward flight for next destination.
