Your Itinerary:
Day 1: We depart Nelspruit airport and head towards the world famous Kruger National Park. The staggering 507 bird species, plus the wide variety of insects, reptiles and amphibians, make this the ultimate wildlife experience. We head towards the Balule Game Reserve situated within the world famous Kruger National Park. Batleur is a small and private lodge; you will have exclusive use of the entire camp, ensuring your privacy.
This six sleeper lodge boasts with a splash pool, luxury rooms and an outside barbecue. Upon your arrival you will welcomed with a glass of bubbly and escorted to your rooms. After freshening up we will depart on our first night drive. Entering the night in an open safari vehicle, your ranger and tracker will go to all lengths to find you what you are looking for! Experience the roar of a lion under the African stars! After 3 hours you will return to the lodge, where you will enjoy a hearty South African meal, served under the stars!
Day 2: Rising with the sun, you will continue your search for wildlife. The day starts early with a wake up call at 05:00, to be ready for 05:30. You will enjoy coffee on your game drive looking at the sunrise at a water hole. After an awesome game drive, you return to camp to enjoy a hearty breakfast. After breakfast, for those who still has energy left, you will go on an hour walk through the bush accompanied by an armed ranger. Not for the faint hearted! You can relax around the pool, read a book, play a game of cards or simply just relax during the heat of the day. High tea and snacks will be served at 15:30. You will leave for another exciting night drive at 16:30. An appetizing dinner awaits you on your return.
Day 3: You complete your unforgettable African experience with either a walk or a game drive (depending if we have time due to flight times later) before breakfast. As all great things come to an end, we depart back to Nelspruit airport.
Note: When guests book this package they secure the entire lodge. They have the lodge to themselves and guarantee's total privacy.
