This tour in Orissa will take you to the villages of The Tribals of India, which are still considered as the Primitive Tribes of India. Bonda, who still live in isolation covering their bodies by Beads and rings, Dongariya Kondhs, living just few kilometers from the modern civilization are continuing their Animal sacrifice system. Our tour takes you through the villages of Old Traditional system, simple life style, animist form of worship. During the trip your comfort of traveling as well as Hyginic condition of getting meals is our priority and we make sure that your tour is really a memorable one. Your Itinerary:

Day 1: Welcome to India. You will be assisted upon arrival for the transfer to your hotel to relax.

Day 2: Arrival at Bhubaneshwar. Met upon arrival and transfer to your hotel. Overnight at Bhubaneshwar.

Day 3: Visit of the Temples and caves at Bhubaneshwar. The Temple City of India is famous for it's beautifully carved Temples dating back from 7th to 11th Century AD. Presently there are only 500 temples dedicated to different Gods and Goddesses. Udaigiri and Khandagiri Caves are from 3rd to 1st Century BC with nice carving of Story of Ramayana and Socila life of that period. Overnight at Bhubaneshwar.

Day 4: Excursion to Padmaksharpur (Snake charmers village), Nuapatna (Weavers' village), Sadeibarini (Dokra metal workers' village). Overnight at Bhubaneshwar.

Day 5: Drive to Puri on the way visiting 64 Yogini Temple (Only one of it's type in India in best preserved condition) at Heerapur (Bell Metal Workers's village), Pipli (Applique work village), Birpratap Pur (Brahmin village) and Raghurajpur (Artisans' village declared as Heirtage village). Overnight at Puri.

Day 6: Morning visit of the Pottors village of Jagannath Temple at Puri. Visit the Jagannath Temple. Excursion to Konark Sun Temple on the way visiting Stone Carvers' village at Chhaitana. Visit of the Fishermen's village. Overnight at Puri.

Day 7: Drive to Gopalpur on Sea through the villages and fields. Overnight at Gopalpur on Sea.

Day 8: Drive to Rayagada on the way visiting Taptapani Hot Sulphur Spring, Tibetan Settlement at Chandragiri, Saura and Desia Kondh villages. Overnight at Rayagada.

Day 9: Visit of the Kutia Kondh villages in Tumudibandh Block Kutia Kondh Group is considered as one of the Primitive Groups of Kondh society and the women of this Group makes nice Geometrical Tatoos and floral tatoos related to different clans to be recognized by their dead relatives after their death. Overnight at Rayagada.

Day 10: Visit of Dongariya Kondh villages in Chatikona Block. Once known for Maria(Human) Sacrifice, these people live on the Hill slopes and now living their life with the Horticulture and Agriculture product. Women of this Group are beautifully decorated with Rings, Hair Pins and Color Bids. Drive to Jeypore. Overnight at Jeypore.

Day 11: Visit of Bonda, Gadhaba and Didayee Tribes' Villages. Bondas known as Primitive Tribes of Orissa live at about 1,000 m above the sea level and inside the Jungle. The women still believe in the curse of Goddess Sita and cover their body with the color bids instead of cloth. The head is still saved and covered with Color bids and clips. Overnight at Jeypore.

Day 12: Visit of the Villages of Gadhaba. Gadhaba people are knowns for their colourful Dhemsa Dance. Even though modern influence is forcing them to leave their village to go out of village for earning money, they still practice their old life style and festivals.

Day 13: Visit of the Villages of Paraja Tribe.

Day 14: Visit of the Villages of Dhuruba Tribe. Once upon a time living a nomad life style, now settled in Orissa and expert in Bambo works.

Day 15: Drive to Vishakhapatanam. Overnight Hotel at Vishakhapatnam.

Day 16: Transfer to Airport for the flight to any of the International connecting airport.

Day 17: You will be assisted by our Representative for the departure transfer for the onward connection. Back home with a complete different memory of India Tour.
