Either before or after your Mekong Pandaw cruise a minimum of 2 nights is essential in order to see the romantic city of Saigon, now called Ho Chi Minh City. Why not add to this a couple of nights at the beach some three hours away by car. You will tour round the key city attractions and travel to Panthiet in an air conditioned car with an expert guide.

Day 1: Arrival Saigon. Arrive in Saigon. Transfer to hotel. Free at leisure. Dinner and overnight in Saigon.
Day 2: Saigon city tour - Phan Thiet. Visit to Reunification Hall, Notre Dame Cathedral, General Post Office, Former US Embassy, City Hall, War Museum of remnants. Shopping at Ben Thanh market. Lunch. Transfer to Phan Thiet. Check in. Free at leisure.
Day 3: Phan Thiet. Full day for sea bathing and relaxing on the beach.
Day 4: Phan Thiet - Saigon. Driving back to Saigon. Check in. Lunch at restaurant. Free for shopping in the afternoon.
