Tour Itinerary:
Day 1: Arrival
- Arrival at Jomo Kenyatta Airport
- transfer to the hotel for accommodation on BB
Day 2: Nairobi-Maasai Mara
- Depart for the drive down the Rift Valley floor via the Great Rift Valley Viewpoint to Maasai Mara Game Reserve.
- Arrive and transferred to the Lodge for lunch.
- Depart for an afternoon game drive until sunset.
- Return to the Lodge for dinner and overnight
Day 3: Maasai Mara
- Breakfast at the Lodge
- Depart for a game drive in the Reserve which is rich in both wildlife and birdlife. Among the animals to be seen here include: lion, cheetah, leopard, buffalo, Topi, Grant’s and Thompson’s Gazelle, wildebeest among others. Other optional activities include hot-air balloon safaris followed by a Gourmet Champagne breakfast (Options at an extra cost).
- Lunch will be served at the Lodge.
- 16:00-18:00hrs afternoon game viewing drive until sunset.
- Dinner and overnight at the Lodge.
Day 4: Maasai Mara-Nakuru
- Breakfast at the Lodge and depart for the drive to Lake Nakuru National Park.
- Arrive in time for lunch at the Lodge.
- Afternoon game drive until sunset. The park is also a Wildlife Sanctuary for endangered species such as the Rothschild Giraffe, White/Black Rhino. It is also home to thousands of Flamingoes, zebra, buffalo and the elusive leopard.
- Dinner and overnight at the Lodge.
Day 5: Nakuru - Baringo
- Breakfast at the Lodge/Camp and depart for the drive to Lake Baringo.
- Arrive at the lodge/camp in time for lunch
- Afternoon at leisure or take boat trip for a chance to identify some of the many birds found in this area (at an extra cost).
- Dinner and overnight at the Lodge/Camp.
Day 6: Baringo – Bogoria – Naivasha
- After breakfast, depart for the drive to Naivasha with a stop at the Lake Bogoria Park, explore on foot to view the flamingoes in their thousands and also for a chance to see the hot springs and geysers up close.
- Proceed to Lake Naivasha arriving in time for lunch at the lodge.
- Afternoon will be at leisure or on an optional boat trip for another chance to identify birds with the help of your host.
- Dinner and overnight at the Lodge.
Day 7: Naivasha – Nairobi
- Breakfast at the Lodge
- Visit Hells Gate National Park and walk down to the Ol Jorowa Gorge. Other activities include; Rock climbing and cycling (at an extra cost and payable direct).
- Depart for the drive back to Nairobi arriving in time for lunch
- Transfer to Jomo Kenyatta Airport for your outbound flight.
