If you would like to make Thailand tour as your dream holiday, you are in the right place. If you have about 10–14 days available for your vacation, find out the places you should not miss, especially the highlights of Thailand, including the exotic city of Bangkok, attractions of the Northern Thai culture and serenity, the sandy white beaches and the crystal clear ocean.

Your Itinerary:

Day 1: Bangkok. Arrive in Bangkok and travel to hotel.

Day 2: Bangkok. Bangkok Day Tour: The Grand Palace, Wat Pho, Wat Aroon, and The Flower Market. Night Tour: Jo Louise Puppet Show and Suan Lum Night Market. The first interesting thing to do early in the morning would be to visit the Grand Palace. The earliest time you can start is 8.30am. Then, take a ride on the motor taxi boat to see Bangkok people’s lifestyle along the canal and river banks. After that, maybe you can stroll around The Grand Palace area, where you can visit many temples, such as Wat Pho (temple of Reclining Buddha) and Wat Aroon (temple of Dawn). Finish your day by walking at the flower market, one of the busiest markets in town, and see people making garland, traditional Thai flower set and Bai Sri.

If you still have enough energy, you should have a night tour at Jo Louise Puppet Show, a rare to see event and the most beautiful puppet show in Thailand. This show is highly recommended. After the show, you can walk along the wonderful night bazaar, where over a hundred shops, beer gardens and restaurants are located inside.

Day 3: Week-end only. Bangkok – Nakhonprathom- Kanchanaburi- Bangkok. Day Tour: Lampraya Floating Market, Train ride, The Bridge on the River Kwai. Night Tour: Calypso Show or Thai Boxing. Take a break from busy city life by visiting the Lampraya Floating Market, which is open only at weekends. The market is in open air, and is nice and clean. You will see lush green views of the rice fields, taro farm, and chilly plantation along the way. Then, head to the Bridge on the River Kwai to see the historic route of the prisoner of World War II. This famous bridge was built during that War.

Week-day: Bangkok – Ratchaburi -Bangkok. Day Tour: Damnean Saduak Floating Market. Night Tour: Calypso Show or Thai Boxing

Visit the Damnean Saduak Floating Market to taste yummy food, fruits and desserts, and have fun on the rolling boat, which are the most recommended activities. If you do not want to sleep early, you should go to see a show of your choice such as the Calypso Show, lady boy show, or Thai Boxing.

Day 4: Bangkok – Ayutthaya - Bangkok. Day Tour: Ayutthaya Historical Site. This may be a day for leisure or travel to Ayutthaya. Visit the ancient city of Ayutthaya to see the temple ruins, where the former capital city is located. Many tour operations provide various interesting tour programs for visitors. Here are three tour choices that we would offer: Relaxing: Travel with tourist coach and return by cruise. History Tour: Spend more time in Ayutthaya by car, visit as many temples and historical museums as you prefer. Adventure by bike and local transport: travel to Ayutthaya by train and take a bicycle ride.

Day 5: BKK – Chiang Rai. Day Tour: The Golden Triangle, The Opium Hall Museum, Mae Fah Luang and Doi Tung. Night Tour: Walking at night market.

Fly to Chiang Rai (flight TG130 leaves Bangkok at 8.25am and arrives at 9.45am). After arrival, visit the Golden Triangle, where the borders of Thailand, Laos and Myanmar meet. This area was well known as the drugs and opium trade center. Then, visit the Opium Hall Museum, the most modern museum of Thailand, to learn about the history of opium. Continue on to Mae Fah Luang and Doi Tung, the place where the Thai Royal family project has made opium trail history, converting the abandoned land to produce abundant of vegetables and profitable fruits for the hill tribe people.

Day 6: Chiang Rai – Chiang Mai. Day Tour: Wat Rong Koon, Sankhampang handicraft district. Leave Chiang Rai in early morning to visit the wonderful local temple of Wat Rong Koon, which is the most beautiful modern and classic Thai chapel created by acclaimed Thai artist, Mr. Chalearmchai. Continue on to Mae Chan district to visit long neck hill tribe village. Observe the villagers’ ways of living and take photos with them.

After checking in at your hotel, visit Sankampang district, the center of Thai handicraft. Experience the local life of this district, which has now become a big industrial estate for the production and export of such items as silk, bronze ware, wood carving and lacquer ware.

Day 7: Chiang Mai - Lamphang. Day Tour: Pratthat Lampang Luang, Elephant Camp Hospital. Travel to Prathat Lampang Luang, one of the most spectacular works of Lanna architecture. Then, visit Lamphang Elephant Camp, where you will get an opportunity to experience elephant rides and also learn about Thai elephants.

Day 8: Chiang Mai. Day Tour: Doi Suthep, Wat Suandok, Wat Prasing. Dinner: Kantok Dinner.

While in Chiang Mai, do not forget to visit the famous Wat Prathat Doi Suthep, the royal temple of Phuping Ratchaniwate. Then, continue on to Wat Suandok or Wat Prasing. In the afternoon, observe Chiang Mai street market by walking around and buy local products at a bargain price. In the evening, go for the wonderful Kantok dinner, where you will surely enjoy traditional Lanna dance.

Day 9: Chiang Mai - Phuket. Leave Chiang Mai for Phuket – your leisure day. (Direct flight TG 129 leaves Chiang Mai at 11.15am and arrives in Phuket at 13.10).

Day 10: Phuket. Day Tour: Joint tour to James Bond Island. Enjoy a full day sea cave canoe: The northern part of Krabi Province boasts of dramatic photography and abundant caves. We pick you up from your hotel and transfer you to the waiting canoes. After paddling through the mangrove swamps, the first cave you visit is called Tham Lod, which is a spectacular tunnel through limestone richly adorned with stalactites. The second cave is called Tham Hua Kra Loak, where you will find the evidence of prehistoric settlement. Lunch is provided here. Return to the hotel in the evening for relaxation and overnight stay.

Day 11: Phuket. Day Tour: View sun set at Leamphometheb. Take a ride to the city of Phuket and see the best sun set point at Leamphomtheb. In the evening, visit a busy beach town for shopping.

Day 12: Phuket. Eat breakfast at the hotel. Have a free and easy day on the beach. Enjoy swimming in the beautiful blue water.

Day 13. Phuket - Bangkok. Transfer from the hotel to Phuket airport.

Day 14: Bangkok. Fly back to Bangkok for next departure.
