This itinerary of Morocco Chefchaouen is flexible depending your groups travel plans.
Your Itinerary:
Day 1: Rabat. You'll come to Rabat by first-class train from Fez or Tangier. Once there, you'll have plenty to explore, from the laid-back medina, the Chellah Gardens, the Oudayas Kasbah to the Hassan and Mohammed V Mausoleums.
Days 2-3: Asilah. In Asilah, you'll be able to enjoy the sands near Paradise Beach, walk along the ramparts, and enjoy some of the best fish in Morocco. Asilah was recently highlighted in a New York Times travel article, and we know the secrets that make this town so appealing.
Days 4-7: Tangier/Oued Laou or Wadi Laou/Chefchaouen. Tangier has some worthwhile sights and can be seen in a day, which means we'll be spending only a few hours here. Next, we'll stop by the ever-growing village of Oued Laou famous for its traditional Rif Mountain Berbers. Following, a quick transport to Chechaouen to explore our team's most favorite locales will leave you breathless.
During days five and six, we'll be hiking to a place famous for its caves, gorges, and natural rock formations. We'll be spending the night under the stars in tents and lodges.
On day seven, we'll hike back to Chefchaouen to relax before heading out the next day to Moulay Idriss and Volubilis.
Day 8: Moulay Idriss/Volubilis. Meknes Morocco Volubilis Roman Ruins. In Volubilis, we'll be able to explore the Roman Ruins and the sacred town that has much in common with Chefchaouen.
Day 9: Rabat. This is your last opportunity to visit the medina for any last minute gift ideas.
Day 10: We'll end here in Rabat. Check-out time is noon.
