The abrupt variation in altitude found here is astonishing. The trek passes through rhododendron and mixed forest alive with ferns and birds, through spectacular villages of the Gurkha soldiers with their spectacular Himalayan back drops leads to Ghorapani 2834 m. The following morning visits Poon Hill at 3210 m, a vantage point to view the Dhaulagiri (8167 m) and the Annapurna massif. The trek makes a small circuit and visits Tadapani (2450 m), Ghandruk and finally ends in Pokhara.
Your Itinerary:
Day 1: Arrival Kathmandu, transfer to Hotel by our Representative/Hotel
Day 2: Kathmandu City Tour
Day 3: Kathmandu – Pokhara by Tourist Bus or by Private Coach (5-6 hours)
Day 4: Pokhara to Ulleri (drive 2 hours and trek 4 hours)
Day 5: Ulleri- Ghorepani (Poon Hill)
Day 6: Ghorepani- Tadapani
Day 7: Tadapani – Ghandruk
Day 8: Ghandruk – Pokhara (trek 4 hours and drive 2 hours)
Day 9: Pokhara - Kathmandu (Drive or Fly to Kathamndu)
Day 10: Free Day Kathmandu
Day 11: Airport Transfer for your final Departure.
