Kolomenskoe is located in southern part of Moscow, it is one of the first populated parts of the city and its history does to 2.5 thousand years and its called Dyakovo Gorodishe. In 14th century Kolomenskoe became royal residence of Russian tsars. Peter the Great spent his childhood in Kolomenskoe.
