St. Chora Church (Kariye Museum) one of the world's best examples of the Byzantine "Renaissance" of the 15th century, with mosaics and frescoes depicting scenes from the lives of the Virgin Mary and Christ.
Pierre Loti - the best spot to view marvelous Golden Horn. Short walking down to Eyup Sultan Mosque, the holiest mosque in Istanbul, on our way we will view the Land Walls of the Emperor Theodosius; the walls surrounding the original city of Byzantium and Balat, the original Jewish Quarter at the Golden Horn.
Galata Tower, a Genoese construction of 1348, rises 62 meters high over the Golden Horn. From the top, you see a marvelous panorama of the Golden Horn and the Bosporus.
Pera Walking along Istiklal street from the Tunnel towards Taksim, it is possible to see the consulate buildings, and churches. In addition to these, visiting Pera Palace hotel which is the oldest luxurious hotel in the city and the small fish market area located next to the Cicek Pasaji (Flower Passage).
