Our Guided walks are very much for those that want a comfortable holiday but at the same time being out in the open, walking, seeing and getting the feel for the Irish countryside. Our guides are selected because of their knowledge of the area which you will be walking. They will explain the ecology of the area, its history, art, architecture, customs, folklore and its natural history.Good accommodation, (private bathroom each location) and quality meals make for a holiday to be remembered. These holidays are Sat./Sat for the Guided Comfort/Special Interest Walks.

* Itinerary for Guided Dingle Peninsula

- Day 1 Arrive in Tralee where we stay for the first two nights.

- Day 2 Wonderful walk along the Slieve Mish Mountains from Tralee overlooking North Kerry and Tralee Bay.

- Days 3, 4 & 5 Based close to the lively fishing port of Dingle we spend the next three days exploring this fabulous part of Ireland with spectacular coastal walks and breathtaking mountain walks. We will also take a boat trip to the Blasket Island if the weather permits.

- Days 6 & 7 Walking across the peninsula from south to north we descend in to the lovely village of Cloghane to spend our final two nights and explore this area in more detail.

- Day 8 Departures

Our Self-Guided walks give you that sense of adventure, where the you guide yourselves from place to place and we look after all the logistics ...move luggage, book accommodation, do route details/maps, keep an eye on you, etc..... all you have to do is walk each day and enjoy Ireland as it should be seen.... on foot ! Self-Guided Walking Holidays, 4 day, 6 day, 8 day, 10 day or 11 day can start/finish any day of the week.

* Itinerary for Self -Guided Dingle Peninsula

- Day 1-Arrive in Tralee - the bustling capital of County Kerry. On arrival to your first house your hostess will give you your full detailed information pack.

- Day 2-8 - Starting from the town of Tralee you travel west along the slopes of Slieve Mish, via Camp and Annascaul to the bustling town of Dingle. Here you spend two nights and do some glorious walks before returning by the shores of Brandon Bay for your last night in the picturesque village of Castlegregory. 6 Full days-walking - Total - 115kms.

* Self Guided 10 - Day Programme. Extending your journey from 8-Day Programme "west" of Dingle to enjoy its rugged coastline and traditional Irish language and music. On reaching the western tip of this peninsula with fabulous views across the wild Atlantic you return via the base of Mount Brandon to spend your last night in Castlegregory and transfer on your departure morning to Tralee. 8 full days-walking - total - 150kms.
