Tour Itinerary:

Days 1-3: Capetown. Upon your arrival at Cape Town International Airport, you will be met by a Horizon Representative who will hand over the necessary documentation to you for your tour and assist you with the collection of your rental vehicle. You will be at your own leisure for three days, to explore the beauty which Cape Town has to offer you.

Situated in the heart of the Constantia Valley in Cape Town, the Cellars Hohenort is a haven of peace and tranquility. The Madiba Villa is a gracious two-storey Cape-style home, situated in the midst of the Cellars world-renowned beautiful gardens and vineyards. The Villa has its own private courtyard and swimming pool and features a large sitting room with fireplace, built-in bar, service kitchen and two double en-suite bedrooms with walk-in cupboards. It is also fully air-conditioned with under carpet heating and has a 24-hour butler service.

Firmly positioned on the international map, Cape Town's skyline is dominated by the magnificent flat-topped Table Mountain and offers a myriad things to do and spectacular attractions to see, whatever your tastes or budget. Days 4-6: Plettenberg. Make your way from Cape Town to Plettenberg Bay along the Garden Route. The Beach House at the Plettenberg Bay Hotel is situated next to the hotel’s main building and consists of two en-suite bedrooms, a large sitting room with a fireplace, dining room and a service kitchen. The main bedroom leads onto a sundeck and private swimming pool, with spectacular views of the bay and mountains. The house is fully air-conditioned and 24-hour room service is available. This Villa is decorated in soft creams and blues with bleached wooden floors, making it the ideal private beach getaway, while still having access to all the main hotel facilities. Plettenberg. The great forests lying at the feet of the beautiful Outeniqua and Tsitsikamma mountains are the gateway to the incredible indigenous African wealth of Plettenberg Bay, which lies on South Africa's spectacular south coast 210 kilometres from Port Elizabeth and approximately 600 kilometers from Cape Town

Days 7-9: Eastern Cape. This morning you depart Plettenberg Bay and make your way further eastwards along the Garden Route, towards the Eastern Cape Region for your Safari experience at Kwandwe. This gracious homestead is a sensitively restored 1905 farmhouse comprising three spacious en-suite bedrooms with private terraces – available for sole use by guests. It is set in a remote and tranquil valley, offering the ultimate personal safari in Kwandwe’s extraordinary African wilderness. Uplands Homestead has a large swimming pool and gazebo, and guests enjoy their own private ranger, tracker, chef and private open safari vehicle. It is perfect for the sole use of a group or family of up to six guests. Hotel: Uplands, House, Kwandwe. Includes: (B), (L), (D).

Eastern Cape. The majestic Great Fish River traverses the Cape Midlands in the Eastern Cape. 692 kilometers (430 miles) in length and with a drainage area of 30,800 square kilometers (11,900 square miles) the Great Fish River meanders through and nourishes areas rich in wildlife such as Kwandwe Private Game Reserve.

Day 10: Port Elizabeth. After your morning game drive and breakfast, you depart Kwandwe Game Reserve and make your way to Port Elizabeth Airport. Here you will drop off your rental vehicle and continue with your onward journey or meet your departure flight. Includes: (B).
