Arrive at the Amritsar International Airport and further transfer to the Ayurveda Spa resort.
Tour Itinerary:
Day 1: Day one of our spiritual Journey begins at the Holy City of Amritsar. Amritsar has an international airport for flights coming in from all around the world. Here we visit the most sacred shrine of Sikhism “The Golden Temple”. Sikh devotees, for whom the Temple is a symbol of freedom and spiritual independence, come to the Temple from all over the world to enjoy its serenity and offer their prayers. Originally a small lake in the midst of a quiet forest, the site has been a meditation retreat for wandering mendicants and sages since deep antiquity.
We will visit the Famous Indo-Pak border “Wagah” to witness the evening parade. We will have personalized Ayurvedic relaxation massage sessions here to remove toxins and relieve mental and physical fatigue. Relaxation massage is a subtle, gentle and deeply effective touch therapy to restore health from within. Relaxation, presence and witnessing inner changes and shifts create a beautiful space of meditation that is healing and regenerative.
Day 2: Early morning Orientation mediation; Yoga session. Departure to Dharamsala by road, Dharamsala: a hill station in the Himalayas which is famous as the residence of the Dalai Lama and the Tibetan government in exile at Mcleod Ganj. Further transfer to Our mediation retreat, is a stunning retreat nestled in a valley a few kilometers before Dharamsala. This will be our base camp for the next 6 days. Itis a beautiful meditation center in Himalayas which gives a seeker an opportunity to go deep within on the inner journey in silence. Nestled amidst lush green nature, singing streams, The Meditation retreat is the name of a new meditation center built near Dharamsala, with a scenic backdrop of the majestic Dhauladhar mountain range of the Himalayas.
