The experience is in focus on this multi-activity adventure in southern Sweden's Highlands. Travel on land and water with different modes of transportation in order to get close to nature. Spend a day or two on foot hiking along lovely trails through the enchanting forest. With some luck you may find both berries and mushrooms, and maybe even spot wildlife. Then take a guided bike ride through the through historic surroundings with a fantastic natural scenery. Enjoy lunches at favorite spots each day and return to your comfortable beds at the farm every evening for dinners and overnight.
If you want to add an additional day to your adventure you can enjoy a canoeing trip down the cold flowing waters of Stångån creek, passing several cultural sights and enjoying a sense of wilderness.
This trip is rated intermediate. You don't need any prior experience in any of the activities, but you should have good swimming skills (you should be able to swim at least 50 meters) and be in reasonably good shape. You should also enjoy fresh air and exercising in the outdoors. You will be outside and active between 4-6 hours each day.
