Ayurvedic Massage Abhyanga. A rhythmic synchronized massage performed by two massage therapists using the finest herbal infused oils chosen especially for you. Experience the harmony of four hands in synchrony in this warm oil massage that balances your entire being, simultaneously balancing both hemispheres and increasing circulation to all cells. A deep relaxation with profound effects.
Swedana. Aromatherapy steam canopy, which allows the subtle healing quality of the therapeutic herbs in our oils to absorb into your skin. This herbalized steam bath opens up the channels of the body and supports the detoxification of the lymphatic system.
Udvartana. Powdered rose, jasmine petals and sandalwood exfoliation massage that leaves your skin polished and beautiful. The herbs have nourishing effects and are rejuvenating.
Shirodhara. A deeply relaxing warm oil stream slowly poured over the forehead to relax the mind and body, This helps to balance the hemispheres of the brain and calms the mental state through nourishing the nervous system. Great for reducing excess vata symptoms including stress, worry and fear.
