Learn about yourself from an Ayurvedic perspective. Meet for an Ayurvedic consultation to chalk out a plan for renewal and health-promoting action. This will include dietary changes, herbal supplements, daily meditation and a weekly Ayurvedic Royal Spa Treatment.
This 30-day program is especially designed for neighbors and locals, living within easy driving distance to the Retreat. We will will work closely with you, integrating these lifestyle improvements into your daily activities, and monitoring your progress regularly. You will meet weekly with an Ayurvedic Practitioner before your 2½ hour Royal Spa Ayurvedic Treatment.
Note about our Ayurvedic oils: All of our organic oils are made according to ancient recipes. We order them either from an Ayurvedic Pharmacy in India or a US based Ayurvedic Company that uses the highest standards for the sacred manufacturing of the oils. The process includes making an infusion of many kinds of herbs that are added to oil and slowly boiled until all the water evaporates. Different herbs added to oils determine their use (vata-pitta or kapha).
