Timisoara is a place for ethnic diversity; it should be a reference point of a tolerant place, of a community with higher purpose. Oradea, an important commercial town, is the main gate at the western frontier of Romania. The systematical archaeological research developed in the town area pointed out the existence of some settlements belonging to the Neolithic, Bronze and Iron Ages. Cluj-Napoca is an ancient cradle of Romanian culture and civilization, the most important urban center of Transylvania, a city with two names: Napoca is the name of the ancient Dacian fortress, and Cluj is the Latin word which denominated it subsequently. Cluj-Napoca is an important cultural, university and industrial centre and it has brought outstanding contributions to Romanian culture and science.
