This mini-tour takes 2 days/1 night, and it is designed for the individual tourists (1-3 persons) or for small groups (4-8 pax). The program is oriented toward those who wish to escape for a few moments from the city stress, to relax, enjoy beautiful landscapes and visit medieval monuments. The tour goes through the Olt Valley and crosses a variety of famous resorts. The panoramic view of the Olt Valley is fascinating both in summer and winter time.
Tour Itinerary:
Day 1: The Princely Court (Curtea Domneasca). This building complex with ruins of the Vlad the Impaler Dracula’s residence includes the resaturated tower called Chindiei (Sunset) Tower, built in the 17th century, an attractive historical monument whose name comes from 'Chindia' an old game played during the Court Festivals; even today it is well-preserved.
Arges Monastery - This famous architectural monument was built in 1517, with impressive decorations in stone. Near it, there is The Craftman Manole's Fountain, which is the legendary architect and the hero of many popular ballads and also the Royal Romanian Necropola.

Day 2: Brukenthal Museum. Founded in 1870, it is the oldest museum in our country. Its name comes from its founder - Samuel Brukenthal, a former governor of Transylvania and one of the most famous collectors of antiques.
Evangelical Church - Built in several stages between 14th-15th centuries in Gothic style, it contains a commanding tower, where you can view the entire city.
Cozia Monastery - On the Olt river valley, seaming raised from the waves of the river is the famous monastery from Cozia, which encloses a world of memories, heroic facts, and legendary figures. Build between 1387-1388 on the place of an old cult building, the monastery had remained, with all its adding and remaking from the next centuries, the most beautiful foundation of Mircea cel Batrân, whose portrait and tomb is here. Near the tomb of the voievode is buried the mother of Mihai Viteazul, Teofana nun, who died five years after the death of his son.
