Tour Itinerary:
Day 1: Kampala – Queen Elizabeth Park. Early Morning pick-up from the place of residence, then departure to Queen Elizabeth Park. With stops at the craft village and at the Uganda equator for pictures, continue to lunch at Masaka and proceed to the park arriving in time for an evening game drive as you enter the park. Dinner and overnight at Institute of Ecology Hostels and guest house.
Day 2: Queen Elizabeth. At 6:30am, depart for a game drive on the northerly parts of the park along the Kasenyi track this is the best time for opportunities of viewing the cats in action later return for breakfast. In the afternoon take a boat cruise on the Kazinga channel a link between two lakes Edward and George, lookout for solitary Buffalo, Hippo’s and other animals at the edge of the channel as they cool off. Dinner and overnight at the Institute of Ecology Hostels and guest house.
Day 3: Queen Elizabeth – Bwindi. After early breakfast, depart for Bwindi, with a game drive in the Ishasha Sector where you may spot some Tree climbing lions. Lunch en route then arrive at the park for Dinner and overnight at Buhoma Community Bandas.
Day 4: Bwindi. After very early Break fast, go for Briefing at 8:00 hours before entrance to the Gorilla sanctuary. The gorilla excursion can take 4-8 hours expect to walk a long distance. For conservation purposes, time spent with the Gorillas is limited to one hour a ranger guide will brief you on how to behave with the Gorillas. Dinner and Overnight at Buhoma Community Bandas.
Day 5: Bwindi - Kampala. Have morning relaxed breakfast, then pack your bags for Kampala, transfer to Mbarara for lunch later depart for Kampala, with some stops for a leg stretch arrive this evening in Kampala and be dropped an Hotel of their choice not included in the price.
