- Ice Cream Tasting in Florence
The tasting will take place in one of the most famous ice-cream shops in the city; we will visit the laboratory where the ice-cream is being made and will have the opportunity to try a variety of unique flavors made exclusively there.
- Cooking Lesson with Seamus
Seamus de Pentheny O'Kelly is a renowned international chef, descendent from a noble Irish family. His celebrated expertise was acquired thanks to his close collaboration with distinguished individuals and structures when traveling around the world. We guarantee that there is no other place in Tuscany that can offer the same expertise and the vast quantity of plates presented. His cooking lessons are for everyone that is inspired by the aphrodisiac that lives in food, so every one is welcome to assist, from beginners to specialists in the field. At the end of the course a certificate will be issued to every participant along with a detailed recipe book.
- Wine & Cheese Tasting in Florence
Tasting in a typical wine and food shop located in the hurt of Florence. Also included is a detailed explanation of the various flavours and background to the history.

- a glass of white wine Chandonnay "il borro" accompanied by Caprino Cheese and figs
- a glass of red wine Nipozzano "riserva 2004" accompanied by Pecorino di Fossa Cheese and strawberry aromatic vinegar.
