Your Itinerary
Day 1 - Arrive Durban International Airport. Meet your hosts – who are with you throughout your holiday – and drive in a luxury air-conditioned vehicle to Port Edward. Check in for seven nights to the deluxe Estuary Country Hotel. The afternoon is free to settle in and relax in the tropical forest surroundings. Welcome cocktail party and traditional gala barbeque is in the evening, on the hotel patio overlooking the sea. Includes: (D)
Day 2 - Golfers transfer by host to play Wild Coast Country Club; mid-morning tee times. Non-golfers enjoy the facilities of the hotel — pool, golden beaches, sightseeing, and wellness center. Dinner is at one of the nearby Wild Coast Casino restaurants. Enjoy some gambling or return to the hotel. Includes: (B) (D)
Day 3 - Golfers transfer by host to play Selborne Country Club; mid-morning tee times. Perhaps the non-golfers visit nearby shopping, entertainment and cultural offerings. In the evening, transfer by host for dinner at your choice of several nearby popular restaurants. Includes: (B) (D)
Day 4 - Golfers transfer by host to play San Lameer Country Club; mid-morning tee times. Non-golfers can choose from several activities, including water sports, cave exploring, fishing, walking trails and bird watching. In the evening, transfer by host for dinner at your choice of several nearby popular restaurants. Includes: (B) (D)
Day 5 - No golf today. Relax at the nearby beach, or be more adventurous – go rock climbing, kayaking, snorkeling or mountain biking. Transfer by host for a sea cruise safari to view whale, dolphin and other interesting sea life in the Indian Ocean. Dinner is at your choice of several nearby popular restaurants. Includes: (B) (D)
Day 6 - Golfers transfer by host to play Southbroom Country Club; mid-morning tee times. In the evening, transfer by host for dinner at your choice of restaurants. Includes: (B) (D)
Day 7 - Golfers transfer by host to play Margate Country Club; mid-morning tee times. (Margate CC is known to have the warmest ‘19th hole’ on the South Coast – so after your round, relax and enjoy!) In the evening, transfer by host for dinner at your choice of restaurants. Includes: (B) (D)
Day 8 - No golf today. Depart by host to the Hluhluwe/Umfolozi Game Reserve. View game as you make your way to the Bushlands Games Lodge, and check in for two nights. Enjoy drinks and dinner around the campfire in the Boma. Includes: (B) (D)
Day 9 - Escorted by park ranger, experience a morning game drive to view the ‘Big 5’ – lion, buffalo, white and black rhino, elephant and giraffe. The afternoon is your option to relax, or take a slow cruise through the park with your host. In the evening enjoy dinner in an atmosphere only the African bush can provide. Experience a night drive into the Reserve. Includes: (B) (D)
Day 10 - Depart the Reserve by your host and drive to the holiday town of Ballito on the KwaZulu/Natal north coast. Check in to the Italian-style Villa Capri for one night. In the afternoon, golfers transfer to play Zimbali Country Club. Non-golfers can sightsee along the Dolphin Coast, just north of Durban. Closing dinner in the evening – one you won’t soon forget! Day 11 - Drive by host to Durban International Airport, and depart for home, or extend to Cape Town or Sun City. Includes: (B)
