Snowcat skiing is an effective first step for those interested in skiing or snowboarding here in the Chugach Mountains. An average day of snowcat skiing produces 12,000 to 14,000 vertical feet of skiing. At any time during your stay, you can upgrade to a heli-day to accentuate this experience of a lifetime! (Helicopter upgrades are on a space-available basis.) All snowcat skiing days are sold as units with no vertical guarantees. Incomplete or down days are limited to a 50% refund.
