Day 1: Arrive Calgary International Airport; welcome and arrival assistance provided by a Good Earth Travel representative; drive from the airport and make your way into the Rockies and into Banff National Park; continue through Banff past Lake Louise and into Yoho National Park; check into and overnight at Emerald Lake Lodge. Day 2: Wake to a glorious day in the mountains; breakfast at Lodge; then experience a trip highlight with a ski plane tour; afternoon to explore at leisure with suggestions from us; dinner and overnight at Emerald Lake Lodge. Includes: (B);
Day 3: Breakfast at Lodge; enjoy an exciting day on a pre-selected activity of your choice that can include hiking, walking, rafting, horseback riding, birdwatching, canoeing or fishing; overnight at Emerald Lake Lodge. Includes: (B);
Day 4: Breakfast at Lodge; check out of Emerald Lake Lodge and make your way to the Columbia Icefields; enjoy this unforgettable drive along the Icefields Parkway – North America’s most spectacular highway; Good Earth will provide suggestions for scenic stops enroute; upon arrival at the Columbia Icefields, you’ll experience a unique guided icewalk on the Athabasca Glacier; drive to Banff; overnight at Buffalo Mountain Lodge. Day 5: Breakfast at Lodge; take in another wonderful mountain day of pre-selected adventures that can include hiking, caving, horseback riding, wildlife discovery, float tours, spa and golf; enjoy your last evening in the Rockies while reminiscing over dinner at one of Banff’s fine restaurants; overnight at Buffalo Mountain Lodge. Day 6: Breakfast at Lodge; depart for Calgary International Airport and return home with a lifetime of remarkable memories from your personalized Banff/Yoho Explorer! Includes: (B).
