Day 1: Arrival to Rome. Transfer to the chosen accomodation. Welcome dinner. Overnight. (D)
Day 2: Breakfast. Transfer to a wine cellar producing Frascati D.O.C. wine and wine tasting. Visit of Villa Aldobrandini Ninpheus in Frascati. Lunch under a grapes pergola in a farm house producer of Frascati wine. Possibility of wine and olive oil shopping. 2 hrs cooking school course. Transfer back to the hotel. Dinner. Overnight. Day 3: Breakfast. Transfer to Grottaferrata to visit the S.Nilo Abbey (1003 A.C.). Visit of Palazzo Chigi in Ariccia. Fast lunch in a typical "fraschetta" tasting the famous "porchetta" of Ariccia and the local wine. Transfer to the farm house to have the two hrs cooking school. Dinner in a local restaurant in Roman Castles. Transfer to Rome for a "Rome by night" tour. Return to the hotel. Overnight. (B) (L) (D)
