Your Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival to Rome and accomodation in hotel****. Visit of "the fountains of Rome" (Bernini)and the main squares of Rome. Return to the hotel and dinner. (B) (D)
Day 2: Full day guided tour of the ancent monuments of Rome (Coliseum, Roman Forum, Castel Sant'Angelo and St. Peter's basilic. Return to the hotel (B) (D)
Day 3: Transfer to Spoleto. Guided tour of the enchanting, cultural town, also famous for the annual "Festival dei due mondi" and the "Umbria Jazz festival" . Time for lunch. Transfer to the ex-convent of Madonna di Costantinopoli to fully enjoy its peaceful atmosphere. Dinner with the typical dishes of Umbria by our chef Angelo Franchini (B) (D)
Day 4: Time at leisure for sporting activities or just a relaxing time. Dinner (B) (D)
Day 5: Transfer to Assisi(Umbria). Guided tour of the town of St. Francesco (Giotto and Cimabue paintings). Return to the ex-convent Madonna di Costantinopoli and dinner. (B) (D)
Day 6: visit to Norcia for a wine and food tour, tasting the delicous typical products. A visit to a wine factory producing the famous Sagrantino wine is included. Very short cooking course just to taste a self cooked dish under the supervision of our executive chef(B) (D)
Day 7: Transfer back to Rome (B) (D)
