Tour Highlights: 10 days or 12 days with 6 days of an incredible Wilderness Horseback riding Vacation through the vast Sacred Tuul river Valley to Terelj National Park towards to Gunjiin or Manchurian Princess Temple - a beautiful small place full of history. We will ride across the Sacred Tuul Valley rather hilly terrain with occasional patches of birch forest. Throughout the ride we will make contact with local nomadic families, horse-breeder's family to learn more about the lifestyle of Mongolian nomads. On the horseback trek we cover approximately 20 miles per day. Vegans are welcome with delicious vegetarian cuisine! Our cook will prepare the meals over open fire. Horseback riding tour along the Tuul river, so it's easy to meet with locals and see their daily lives, interact with them to show you theirs animal training, feeding, milking, food preparation, etc, take water adventures, go trekking or swimming in the Tuul river. There is a Naadam Festival extension in connection with the early July ride. On July 10th -14th, attendance at Naadam, the largest and most colorful of all Mongolian festivals. All you have to do is to make necessary International air arrangements.

Your Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Ulaanbaatar (UB). On arrival, you are welcomed by our representative and are transferred to the 4stars hotel. City tour. Included: (D).

Day 2: Drive by private transport to the "Chinggis" Tourist Camp in the Sacred Tuul River Nomad's Valley. This lovely tourist camp lies on the bank of the "Tuul" river between 107°31'29" Longitude and 47°49'32'' Latitude in the beautiful natural valley of streams, pine trees, just 55kms to the Eastern side of UB . The average altitude is 1446m above sea level. In route, we will stop, to visit the Higgest New Statue of "Chinggis" Khan (40m-very close to "Chinggis" Tourist Base Camp, 4km.). Welcome dinner with traditional mongolian meal (khorkhog), which is mutton cooked with hot rock and with vegetables, water, potatoes, and onion. These Gers are the traditional felt tents of nomadic herders and you will share life experience with the Mongols (hot water, showers, western style toilets and restaurant are provided). Day 3: After a good breakfast, we will meet the horsemen and will saddle our horses and prepare for the ride, while the packhorses are being loaded. As we start, we will ride along the Tuul River, into the foothills to witness this amazing landscape and wild life. We will with Nomadic families and see their daily lives, interact with them, to show you theirs animal training, feeding, milking, food preparation, etc. Enjoy this amazing scenery of wide-open steppe with rolling hills in the background and river. Back late to overnight in comfortable traditional ger dwellings at the "Chinggis" tourist camp (hot water, showers, western style toilets and restaurant are provided). Included: (B), (L), (D).

Day 4: Leaving the "Chinggis" tourist camp towards to "Terelj" National Park. Horseback ride through the vast sacred Tuul River Valley to "Terelj" National Park (20 km.). Visit a horse-breeder's family to show you theirs animal training, feeding, milking, food preparation, etc. Enjoy the view of this area, rich in wildflowers and berries during summer season. Overnight in ger nomadic family. Included: (B), (L), (D).

Day 5: Today Leaving the ger nomadic family camp towards to "Bagabayan". Horseback ride through all "Terelj" N. Park to Bagabayan (15 km.).Camping. Included: (B), (L), (D).

Day 6: Leaving the tents camp towards to "Gunjiin" or "Manchurian Princess" Temple. Horseback ride through the vast Valley to the old temple of Manchurian Princess (15 km). Picnic lunch is provided. Enjoy the view of this area, rich in wildflowers and berries during summer season. Overnight in tourist gers camp. Included: (B), (L), (D).

Day 7: In the morning, we will visit the "Gunjiin" or "Manchurian Princess" Temple - a beautiful small place full of history. In the afternoon, horseback ride to "Ar Tuul" river (28 km). Camping. Included: (B), (L), (D).

Day 8: Today, on horseback ride we will return through the vast Tuul River Nomad's Valley to the "Chinggis" tourist camp (28 km). Farewell dinner. Overnight in comfortable traditional ger dwellings at the "Chinggis" tourist camp. Included: (B), (L), (D).

Day 9: Drive to Ulaanbaatar. Transfer to the 4stars hotel. Today will be a day of guided sightseeing in Ulaanbaatar, including the Bogd Khan Palace, which is a series of beautiful traditional buildings in which the last religious King of Mongolia resided, and the Fine Arts Museum. Lunch in local restaurant. Some shopping. Included: (B), (L).

Day 10: Breakfast. Transfer to the airport . Departure Mongolia or Post Tour to Khovsgol Lake National Park or to Gobi desert. Included: (B).
