The nomadic Mongols ruled sedentary China over centuries under warlord Genghis Khan’s black flags. Nothing could stop the nomadic tribes to conquer the Chinese cities. However, the ancient Chinese sedentary and Mongolian fantastic nomadic cultures have a great angle between them now. Check them out with us touring in this luxury trip to the Great Wall, Ming Tombs, the Temple of Heaven and the mysterious Terracotta warriors of Xian in China and the world's most mystical place the Gobi desert, Asia's dark blue pearl Lake Huvsgul, priceless Buddhist works in the legendary Gandan monastery in Mongolia.

During this tour we will visit some of the greatest places of China. The Great Wall, one of the eight ancient wonders of the world and the only man-made construction on earth that the astronauts can see in the moon. Starting out in the east on the banks of Yalu River in Liaoning Province, the Wall stretches westwards for 12,700 kilometers to Jiayuguan in the Gobi Desert. The Tian An Men square, which is probably the biggest one of its kind in the world. With a total area of 440,000 square meters, the Tiananmen Square found in the center of Beijing boasts the largest of its kind. Over a hundred years, many ceremonies and demonstrations have been held here. Forbidden city (Gugong) the emperor's palace which was built between 1406 and 1420 with 9000 halls and rooms, containing many precious relics. Facing south and rising from a terrace, the largest palace in the world represents the supreme power and authority emperors enjoyed during the feudalistic dynasties. Summer Palace which was built in 1153 in northwest of Bejing. It is an outstanding example of imperial gardens in classical Chinese style, housing tens of thousands of precious cultural relics. Xi'an locates with an elevation of 500 metres, the Weihe Plain extends between Baoji in the west and Tongguan in the east and borders the Qinling Mountains in the south and the Huangtu Plateau in the north. The Terra Cotta Warriors and Horses are the most significant archeological excavations of the 20th century. Work is ongoing at this site, which is around 1.5 kilometers east of Emperor Qin Shi Huang's Mausoleum, Lintong County, Shaanxi province. It is a sight not to be missed by any visitor to China.

There are lots of great sites in Mongolia as well, which will not be left out during our tour. Bayanzag (Flaming Red Cliffs) is internationally famous for its fossilized dinosaur remains. American explorer Roy Chapman Andrews first discovered dinosaur egg nests and skeletons from Bayanzag. Since then dinosaur nests with eggs and whole fossilized skeletons have been found here. Mongolian Bactrian Camel: People can travel almost anywhere by camel. In olden days, camel was the biggest and strongest form of transport. Camel may look imposing but they are actually very calm and easy to ride. One of the most interesting parts of this journey will be to ride a camel over the sand dunes for a panoramic view the natural beauty of the Gobi. Lake Huvsgul - fames as the "dark Blue Pearl", is in Mongolia's northernmost province. It's the nations's deepest lake, and has 2% of the world's total freshwater. 1645m above sea level with 262m depth, the lake is frozen from December till May. Huvsgul area is also famous for the ethnic groups living in it. The Khalkha Mongols, Buryat, Darkhat and the Tsaatan people inhabit here. The Tsaatan are a small ethnic minority of Mongolia, who are Shamanists and still living in huts in high mountains breeding reindeer. They have a completely different lifestyle and famous for it.
