One can see that in the ancient city, every known religion was represented and temples to different Gods stood one beside the other. It is a great pity that contemporary religions are not so progressive.The cyclades are so named because they surround Delos. Even today, if you climb the ancient steps to the islands summit, you feel that you are at the center of the world and nothing matters.
Your Itinerary:
Day 1 - Friday - Marina Zeas - Aegina
Marina Zeas - Embarkation between 2-4 pm. Welcome Cocktail. Late afternoon sail to Aegina to visit the beautiful port town. Overnight.
Day 2 - Saturday - Aegina - Sounion/Lavrion
Optional visit of the Aphaia Temple. Sail in the afternoon for a swimstop at Sounion/Lavrion.
Day 3 - Sunday - Sifnos
Anchor in a sheltered bay for a morning swim, before continuing to Sifnos’ main port. Free afternoon to visit the charming traditional villages of the island. Overnight.
Day 4 - Monday - Milos
Early morning sail with a swimstop. Continue to Milos to spend the rest of the day and night exploring it’s attractive capital, Plaka or it’s most wonderful natural beaches.
Day 5 - Tuesday - Folegandros - Santorini
Sail in the morning to Folegandros. Arrive at the islands harbor and have a swim at the small natural beach or visit the unique, small capital, Chora, perched on a cliff. Afternoon sail to Santorini. Overnight.
Day 6 - Wednesday - Santorini - Mykonos
Morning optional tour to Akrotiri. Lunch on board and sail for Mykonos to arrive in the early evening. Enjoy visiting this cosmopolitan Cycladic island famous for its night life. Overnight.
Day 7 - Thursday - Mykonos - Delos - Kea
Sail in the morning to Delos optional tour to visit the archaeological site of Delos, which was considered a sacred island in antiquity(guide optional). Sail in the early afternoon for Kea, with a swim stop on the way. Late afternoon arrival at Kea with a possibility to visit the attractive Ioulis Capital. Overnight.
Day 8 - Friday - Marina Zeas
Morning arrival in Marina Zeas, Disembarkation after Breakfast
Swimstops are weather permitting. The Company reserves the right to substitute the vessel with one of similar quality.
