Your Itinerary:
Day 1 - Wednesday - Athens. Arrival in Athens. Report to the hotel Philippos or any other from our associated hotels.Afternoon at leisure to stroll around in Old Athens -Plaka area- with plenty of taverns and shops. Overnight.
Day 2 - Thursday - After a pre arranged time you will be picked up from your hotel. The tour departs at 08.30.Drive via to Corinth canal to Epidaurus where you visit the archaelogical site and the theatre famous for its remarkable acoustics and then on to Nauplia. Drive to Mycenae. where you visit the archaelogical site and then depart for Olympia,throu the central PELOPONNESE area passing the cities of Megalopolis and tripolis, arrive in Olympia. Dinner Overnight in Olympia.
Day 3 - Friday - In the morning visit the archaelogical site and the museum of Olympia Drive via Patras to Rion, cross the channel to Antirion on the new suspended bridge, considered to be the longest and the most modern in Europe.Arrive in Nafpaktos and then continue to Delphi. Dinner overnight in Delphi.
Day 4 - Saturday - In the morning visit the museum and the archaelogical site of Delphi. Rest of the day at leisure. Dinner ond overnight in Delphi.
Day 5 - Sunday - In the morning start to drive by the central Greece towns of Aamphissa, Lamia and Trikala to Kalambaka. Afternoon visit the breathtaking Meteora. Dinner and overnight in Kalambaka.
Day 6 - Monday - Drive by Trikala and Larissa to the famous,sacred Macedonian town of Dion. Then continue to Thessalonoki, the largest town in Northern Greece. Visit the most interesting museum of Thessaloniki and sightseeing of the city. Dinner and overnight.
Day 7 - Tuesday - Morning drive to Pella, Alexander the Great's capital city. Visit. Continue to Vergina to visit the tomb of the King Philip and the famous " Vergina Treasures" Then on to Lefkadia where you visit the excavations. Return to Thessalonoki via Veria. Dinner and overnight.
Day 8 - Wednesday - Start the return drive to Athens, through the Tempi Valley, Larissa, Lamia, Thermopylae famous for the ancient battle that took place ther. Visi. Then go on to Kamena Vourla, Athens. Return about 18.30. Overnight in Athens.
Day 9 - Thursday - A half day sightseeing tour of Athens including the Acropolis with its many monuments.Departs at 09.15 and returns at 13.00. Balance of the day at leisure. Overnight.
Day 10 - Friday - After a prearranged time you will be picked up and transferred to your yacht. The Aegean Lady sails out from Lavrio and the H and B from Pireaus. Embark the yacht. After a welcome party the captain sets sails for a cruise that you will always remember. Sail to Kythnos. Dinner. Overnight.
Day 11 - Saturday - Kythnos - Paros. Early morning sail for Paros - arrive around 11:30 - one of the most beautiful islands of the Cyclades. This lovely island has succeeded in maintaining delicate balances between Greek traditional life and the demands of sophisticated modern visitors. Know since the antiquity for its translucent marble. Ancient sculptors used marble extracted from Paros for their best works, including “Venus of Milos” and “Hermes” by Praxitele. A visit to the Our Lady of 100 Gates church is a must. Beautiful beaches, good restaurants and shopping. Arrive around 11.30. Visit. Overnight.
Day 12 - Sunday - Paros - Santorini. Sail for Santorini, one of the highlights of the cruise. Optional tour of the island, visiting the Akrotiri excavations. Enjoy spectacular view. Dinner. Overnight.
Day 13 - Monday - Santorini - Naxos. Sail from Santorini to Naxos one of the most fertile island of the Cyclades. Visit. Overnight
Day 14 - Tuesday - Naxos - Mykonos. Sail for Mykonos - the jet-set island with dazzling white houses, excellent shopping, entertainment and nightlife. Overnight.
Day 15 - Wednsday - Tinos - Delos - Syros
Departure in the morning for optional visit to Delos, the sacred island of Apollo. This uninhabited island is one vast archaeological site and in ancient time was the cultural and religious center of the Aegean from 9 BC and for approximately a thousand years. Splendid remains of these glorious times can still be seen. Sail to the capital of the Cyclades, Syros. Visit. Overnight.
Day 16 - Thursday - Syros - Sounion - Piraeus. In the morning sail from Syros for Cape Sounion. Cruise along the Riviera Attika. Lunch en route and in the afternoon proceed to Marina Zea in Piraeus. Arrive around 4:00 pm. Afternoon at leisure to explore Piraeus. Optional evening trip to attend the famous Dora Stratou’s Folk Dancing performance at the Philopappus Hill, followed with a dinner at Piraeus Tourkolimano yacht harbor. Overnight on board.
Day 17 - Friday - Piraeus. Early morning after breakfast, disembarkation and transfer back to Athens at 09:00 am. Overnight in Athens.
Day 18 - Saturday - End of services.
