Day 1: Kathmandu (1400 m) - Lhasa (3660 m). Overnight: hotel Mandala.

Days 2 & 3: Sightseeing in Lhasa as usual.

Day 4: Lhasa - Gyantse (3950 m). Overnight: Utse hotel or Castle hotel.

Day 5: Sightseeing and drive Gyantse - Shigatse (3900 m). Overnight: Holyland hotel or Gangyan hotel.

Day 6: Sightseeing and drive Shigatse - Shegar (4050 m). Overnight: Shegar hotel.

Day 7: Drive Shegar - Rongbuk (5000 m). Overnight: guest house.

Day 8: Rest day at Base Camp.

Day 9: Trek from Everest Base Camp to Camp 1 (5460 m).

Day 10: Trek back to Base Camp.

Day 11: Drive to Tingri. Overnight: Tingri Guest house.

Day 12: Tingri to Nyalam or Zhangmu. Overnight: Nyalam guest house.

Day 13: Drive Nyalam - Kathmandu (1400 m). End of the tour.
