Day 1: Vancouver, B.C.
Meet in Vancouver early this afternoon and transfer by luxury coach for approximately 2 hours into the staggering mountain terrain of Whistler. Arrive at the idyllic setting of Chateau Whistler at the foot of Blackcomb mountain. This evening enjoy an orientation discussion over cocktails to acquaint yourselves with the incredible wildlife and ecology you will experience in the next few days. Dinner tonight will be at your leisure. Hotel: Fairmont Chateau Whistler. Meals: n/a

Day 2: Whistler, B.C.
This morning after a hearty breakfast, set out with your naturalist guides to experience the Costal Rainforest and learn about Whistler's diverse natural environment. You will hike in prime habitat for bears, deer, or cougars. Experience the wildlife, vegetation, glaciers and rainforests of the Mountains as you learn how conservation and enhancement initiatives help to sustain healthy populations. Visit a bear den. Wander through pristine alpine meadows and old growth western hemlock forests. This evening enjoy a cocktail as you listen to a presentation elivered on the region's ecosystems by your WWF-Canada host before dinner at your leisure.

Day 3: Whistler, B.C.
After breakfast set out for the stunning walk on the High Note trail, traversing pristine alpine meadows filled with wildflowers. Take in the magnificent panorama across the glacial peaks of Garibaldi Provincial Park and the crystal blue/green waters of Cheakamus Lake below. Have a picnic perched overlooking the view or return to Whistler village in time for lunch. This afternoon there is the option to canoe or kayak on nearby Lost Lake, or do another guided walk with our naturalist, or simply relax and enjoy the hotel's lush amenities. This evening, enjoy your final dinner in one of the hotel's fine restaurants with the group.
