Tour Itinerary:
Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu - Nepal. Arrival in Kathmandu. Assistance upon arrival transfer to the Hotel. Evening Welcome Dinner at Nepali restaurant called Bhojan Griha.
Day 2: Kathmandu. Visit world heritage sites, Patan and Bhaktapur. Wander thorough narrow streets of Bhaktapur, experiencing local people walking around temples and street vendors selling daily stuff.
Days 3-4: Chitwan National Park. Scenic mountain drives along the Trishuli River –the drives offers many photos opportunities. Keep your eyes open for deer, monkeys, one horned-rhino, tigers and a wide array of bird life on an exciting wildlife safari. Slide show on history, flora and wildlife of the Park. Optional activities to visit Crocodile Breeding Center.
Days 5-6: Sirubari. Drive to model village of Nepal – Sirubari. Enjoy the authenticity of the village. Experience village life and daily chores, tending animals, tilling the fields in the village. Evening enjoy local food prepared by the host family and culture dance in traditional Gurung form. (Gurung - Nepalese ethnic group).
Day 7: Pokhara. Fantastically wonderful valley with the scenic beauty of a banana-palmed tropical settings, where a 140 Km of panorama made up of towering Himalayan ranges seem close enough to be touched on a clear day.
Day 8: Overnight Trek. Get a taste of the magnificent Himalayan mountain top views, friendly smiling faces and crisp mountain air on a fully supported trek through the hills. Spend the night camping among the mountains with a perfect opportunity to awake early for a magical Himalayan sunrise.
Day 9: Pokhara. Relax after your invigorating trek in scenic Pokhara where you can take life at your own pace in the most wonderful surroundings. Take a boat out onto the lake, visit nearby Tibetan villages or watch Nepalese life go by at one of the many international cafes.
Days 10-11: Kathmandu. Stroll into medieval squares containing palaces from a bygone age and marvel at the eclectic diversity shown in Hindu and Buddhist temples and stupas. Walk to Hindu temple Pashupatinath, where you could see the reality of life. Optional: Experience panoramic aerial view of Everest and Himalayan range on one of the most spectacular flights in the world.
Days 12: Departure. Transfer to the Airport for the final departure.
