We offer guided gentle walking holidays for women only in the Alto Genal, a gorgeous unspoilt secluded area in Andalusia, Southern Spain:
* Discover an “untrodden”, pristine, and non touristy area situated between Ronda and the Costa del Sol
* Enjoy stunning walks, in small friendly groups, at your own pace, on quiet paths, among incredibly diverse scenery ranging from sweet chestnut forests to dramatic limestone outcrops
* Visit historical Ronda and nearby “Pueblos blancos”, small white villages nestled in the Alto Genal mountains
* There are also other activities on offer such as Reiki, sport massage, natural facelifting massage, etc.
* Enjoy delicious Spanish cuisine and traditional Andalucian meals in typical local restaurants with prices to suit all budgets
* Relax and unwind totally in Hotel Bandolero, a charming comfortable hotel situated in Júzcar, one of the 7 Alto Genal villages
*Enjoy stunning views over the village and the surrounding mountains from its terraces and in the summer months cool off in its gorgeous swimming pool.

Day 1, Sunday: Airport transfer and welcome to Júzcar
Day 2, Monday: Walk to Moorish Parauta in the morning, one of the seven Alto Genal villages. Lunch in a typical Andalucian restaurant. Visit Jaime's gallery. After lunch, free time - a chance to relax and enjoy other activities on offer
Day 3, Tuesday: Walk to Alpandeire in the morning along Los Riscos, dramatic limestone rocky outcrops with fantastic views over Morocco on clear days. Sample Andalucian cuisine in Alpandeire. Free time after lunch - a chance to relax and enjoy other activities on offer
Day 4, Wednesday: Sightseeing day in historical Ronda! Visit Ronda and its numerous architectural wonders including the famous Tajo gorge and its breathtaking views. Shopping opportunity too!
Day 5, Thursday: Walk to Igualeja in the morning, the source of the river Genal. Meander through its narrow cobbled streets dotted with fountains and hermitages. Lunch in its river restaurant. Free time after lunch - a chance to relax and enjoy other activities on offer
Day 6, Friday: Walk in the Biosphere Reserve of la Sierra de las Nieves amongst indigenous Pinsapo pines with a chance to see Mouflons, etc. Packed lunch while enjoying superb views. Free time after lunch - a chance to relax and enjoy other activities on offer
Day 7, Saturday: Walk to Pujerra with incredible views over the Genal Valley. Free time after lunch - a chance to relax and enjoy other activities on offer
Day 8, Sunday: Airport transfer
