If you are traveling with a group of friends, family or work colleagues, we will provide a private tour for you and we will tailor an itinerary to suit the needs of your group with you having your own vehicle. We can arrange pick up from most parts of the Sydney Metropolitan region and we can cater for any group size.
Tour Highlights:
- Hawkesbury River - Enjoy morning tea overlooking the Hawkesbury River, one of the most picturesque rivers in Australia.
- Visit up to 4 wineries - including family wineries, small boutique wineries. Choose from a wide range of quality wines and sample some of Australia’s best.
- Learn about Winemaking - Whilst enjoying a private wine tasting. Try Shiraz, Semillon, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon and Verdelho. As well as fortified wines such as Port and Liquors.
- Cellar Door Wines - As well as tasting wines that are available around Australia and overseas, taste the wines that are only sold at the wineries Cellar Doors.
- Visit The Hunter Valley Cheese Company - Taste delicious Hunter Valley cheeses such as Marinated Chevre, Hunter Valley Gold Washed Rind or Pokolbin Potted and Ported Blue.
- Lunch - Have a gourmet lunch in one of Hunter's restaurants or a relaxing picnic lunch in the serene lower Hunter Valley (optional).
- Breathtaking Views - See breathtaking views and spectacular scenery combined with excellent photo opportunities.
- Bring home the taste of Australia - You can buy wines at the cellar door or get them sent to you.
The length of the tour is approximately 11 hours. Recommended departure time is 8 am and return by approximately 6 pm, however, this can be changed to suit your needs.

For charters only (=private tour). The price is approx. $50 AUD per person and a minimum booking of $1100 AUD is required.

If you want to add lunch in a restaurant the price is $75 AUD per person. Menus are available upon request.
