This tour offers a chance to enjoy the diverse natural beauty of Sichuan, breathe in the fresh air of Jiuzhaigou National Reserve and Huanglong National Park (or Munigou valley) and pay a visit to the old town of Luodai which is known as the Oriental Jews.

Tour Itinerary:

Day 1: Arrive in Chengdu. Upon your arrival be greeted at the airport and transferred to your hotel. Today's highlight is Chengdu Research Base for Giant Panda Breeding. This evening we recommend a wonderful performance of "Face changing" and Sichuan Opera. Overnight in Chengdu. Includes: (L), (D).

Day 2: Chengdu/ Jiuzhaigou. Transfer to the airport and take a morning flight (45 minutes) to Jiuzhaigou. Upon arrival, transfer to Huanglong National Park, a UNESCO World Natural Heritage site. Enjoy the beautiful mountains, lush forests, colorful flowers, and crystal clear waters. Overnight in Jiuzhaigou. Includes: (B), (L), (D).

Day 3: Jiuzhaigou. After breakfast drive to Jiuzhaigou National Park. Here you will take green bus (environmentally friendly bus) to sightsee the Park. Visit the Shuzheng and Zezawa Valleys, Pearl Sands and Shuzheng Waterfall, the Tibetan village of Shuzheng, and numerous picturesque lakes including Panda Lake, Long Lake, Rainbow Lake, Tiger Lake and Rhinoceros Lake. This evening we recommend a unique folklore performance of Tibetan styled singing and dancing. Overnight in Jiuzhaigou. Includes: (B), (L), (D).

Day 4: Jiuzhaigou/ Chengdu/ Longquan. Transfer to the airport and take a morning flight back to Chengdu. Visit Wuhou Temple and Dufu's Thatched Cottage in the afternoon. Afterwards drive for half an hour to Longquan. Overnight in Longquan. Includes: (B), (L), (D).

Day 5: Longquan/ Sanshengxiang/ Luodai/ Longquan. Visit Sanshengxiang Flower Village in the morning. Located in southeast Chengdu, the village is regarded as a success of urban-rural integration. After lunch, head for Luodai. This old town, at the foot of Longquan Mountain, is a residential region for the Hakkas, which is also known as "Oriental Jews". Overnight in Longquan. Includes: (B), (L), (D).

Day 6: Longquan/ Leshan/ Emei city. Drive to Leshan, visit the world's largest Buddha statue carved out from the rocks at the confluence of the Dadu, Minjiang and Qinyi Rivers. A short boat tour gives you a panoramic view of the statue. Proceed to Emei mountain. Check into your hotel in Emei city. Includes: (B), (L), (D).

Day 7: Mt.Emei/ Chengdu. Check out early in the morning, drive to the cable car station where you will begin your ride to the the highest summit of Mt. Emei, the Golden summit. Have a look around the Golden summit including Huazang temple. After lunch take the cable car down and take the bus to Wanniansi parking lot which is located halfway up Mt. Emei. Take another cable car to visit Wanniansi temple. Return to Chengdu.

Day 8: Departure from Chengdu. Visit River-Viewing Pavilion Park (Wang Jiang Lou Gong yuan). After lunch transfer to the airport. Tour concludes. Includes: (B), (L).
