Tour Itinerary:
Day 1: Airport – Bishkek. Arrival to Bishkek, transfer to the hotel. Sightseeing tour: Oak Park, Ala-Too Square, Philharmonic hall, Statue of Manas, Victory Square. Overnight in the hotel.
Day 2: Bishkek – Ala-Archa – Bishkek. The day for acclimatization before horse back riding trip. After breakfast transfer to the Ala-Archa National Park (40km). You will be in the alpine gorge through which the fast flowing Ala-Archa River runs, flanked by tall, snow-covered, peaks with steep-sided, forested, mountain slopes.
You will start your walk from the alpine camp (2200m) to Ak-Sai waterfall – the height is 35 m (2700m) by the path which goes through conifer forest and alpine meadows. Picnic. Return back to the alpine camp. Transfer to Bishkek. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 3: Bishkek – Issyk-Ata – Kok-Moinok lake. Transfer to Issyk-Ata gorge (80km). Meet our local guides. The slopes of the mountains have numerous alpine meadows and in the vicinity of the resort "Issyk-Ata" (hot spring) are fruit and decorative trees. This day you will ride during 5-6 hours toward to Kok-Moinok Lake. Overnight in tents under the pass.
Day 4: Kok-Moinok lake – Kok-Moinok pass. After breakfast ride over the pass Kok-Moinok (2902m). From the pass you may see the view of Kyrgyz Ala-Too range. In this place you may see mountain sheep – teke as the Issyk-Ata gorge is one of the inhabitation of this animals. The way takes around 6-7 hours. Overnight in tents under the Tuyuk pass.
Day 5: Tuyuk pass - Kegety. In the morning ride over the Tuyuk pass (4004m). After the path goes on the southern side of Kyrgyz range toward to Kegety pass (4000m). The descent to Kegety gorge. This canyon has plenty of routes for hiking.
One leads to a waterfall – its sparkling waters providing an amazing sight; another to a valley which, in spring, is carpeted with flowers displaying a multitude of colorful blooms; whilst a third – following a serpentine track – will bring you to alpine meadows. This day you will ride around 7-8 hours. Overnight in tents.
Day 6: Kegety - Bishkek. Transfer to Bishkek. En route stop near of Kegety waterfall. Farewell dinner. Overnight in the hotel.
Day 7: Bishkek – Airport. Transfer to the airport, departure.
