Tour Itinerary:

Day 1: Cape Town. After arriving at Cape Town we can travel towards Muizenberg, Simon’s Town, Boulders Penguins & Cape Point. After lunch we head back to Cape Town via Kommetjie & Chapman’s peak drive, if it’s open for traffic, if we have time we can visit Hout Bay where you can visit a pearl factory before we enter Cape Town (280km). Overnight at Cape Town.

Day 2: Cape Town. If weather permits we can visit Table Mountain and cable cart. Signal hill. After the mountain we travel towards Stellenbosch visit some of their historical sites & visit some wine farms and cellars for a possible wine tour & some tastings. Late afternoon we can visit the Victoria & Alfred waterfront till after dinner (240km). Overnight at Cape Town.

Day 3: Cape Town. After breakfast we can visit Robben Island and then the afternoon Kirstenbosch botanical gardens before we go to our hotel. Late afternoon we can visit the Victoria & Alfred waterfront till dinner or for dinner or a day of Great White Shark cage diving & during August – October Whale watching (150km). Overnight at Cape Town.

Day 4: Cape Town towards Victoria Falls. An early morning flight from Cape Town to or Tambo airport for your flight towards Victoria Falls. A visit to the Victoria Falls and many other excursions (160km). Overnight at Victoria Falls.

Day 5: Victoria Falls towards Victoria Falls. After an enjoyable breakfast with the accommodation situated close to Victoria Falls and next to a National Park you can expect wild animals grazing on the lawn of the hotel and the Victoria Falls thunder & mist in the background. You can travel to Livingstone in Zambia & visit the Victoria Falls from the Zambian side and & do many other excursions (100km). Overnight at Victoria Falls.

Day 6: Victoria Falls towards Sekoma Lodge. After breakfast you will travel to Kasane in Botswana from where you’ll go by boat through the waterways of Namibia and overnight at Sekoma Lodge on an island based in Zambia on a "Robinson Crusoe" island on the upper Zambezi, Sekoma Lodge is a mere 80 km upriver from Victoria Falls, in the heart of world class tiger fish and bream country. Lying in the eastern corner of the Caprivi strip.

Sekoma provides an ideal and affordable base for the keen angler intent on pursuing the world-renowned tiger fish as well as the large bream that abound these waters. There are many miles of productive water, including accessing the exciting floodplains fishing in season, as well as the possibility of experiencing a Zambezi catfish run (290km). Overnight at Sekoma Lodge.

Day 7: Sekoma Lodge towards Kasane. After breakfast you return to Kasane in Botswana & a visit to the well known Chobe National Park. On Botswana's far northern border lies the Kwando, Linyanti and Chobe river system forming a series of lakes, islands and floodplains. This area forms the Chobe National Park, famous for its large buffalo and elephant herds. In addition to a variety of predators, there is an abundance of wild game and bird life that decorate these beautiful waterways.

The National Park is the best place in the world to see the majestic African elephant for it is home to the world’s largest elephant population. Game drives into the Chobe National Park depart daily. Accommodation at The Yawning Hippo Guesthouse is in lovely en-suite walk in Meru tents, set on the banks on the Chobe River. Take a sundowner on the afternoon boat cruise on the Chobe River (300km). Overnight at Kasane.

Day 8: Kasane towards Vic Falls for flight. After breakfast a short trip from Kasane in Botswana into Zimbabwe for your flight back to Johannesburg in South Africa. At Johannesburg you’ll fly directly to Durban from Johannesburg ±19h00 & arrive at Durban @ ± 20h10 You’ll be met by your host/guide/driver our agent for KwaZulu-Natal he will shuttle you to your accommodation (140km). Overnight at Durban.

Day 9: Durban & South Coast. Today we do an introduction to Durban, Golden Mile, Ushaka marine World, Botanic Gardens (light lunch), NSA Gallery etc. If all looks good you can enjoy arts and crafts at the Pavilion shopping center as well as the Gateway shopping Centre. After the quick Durban tour we depart towards Scottburgh (named after John Scott the Governor of Natal when the area was survey 1860 as the first township in Natal South of Durban. There is a large sugar mill upstream in the Mpambinyoni River and for some years its bay was used as a loading area.) Proceed in traveling to Aliwal Shoal that provides a rich – fishing ground where you could dive with several sharks or just view the coastline. Depart South Coast towards the accommodation (380km). Overnight at Durban.

Day 10: Durban towards Sani Pass. Today we travel towards Bulwer / Underberg, Underberg started as a single shop on the banks of the Mzimkulu River, which served the settlers entered the area during 1886. The southern Drakensberg presents more fly-fishing opportunities than anywhere else in South Africa, with the Underberg Trout Fishing Club holding rights to more than 160km of river plus 60 dams with a surface area exceeding 400 hectares. Breakfast can then be enjoyed there. Traveling to Sani Pass (passport required) the spectacular Sani Pass pierces the Drankenberg Mountain through a narrow defile cut by the Komazana River.

Once it was nothing more than a vague footpath used by Bushman but later became the main route for the early traders, missionaries and travelers. Sani Pass is the only major road into Lesotho from Southern Berg. Lunch can be enjoyed at highest pub in Africa. Traveling to nice picnic spots and exiting the Drakensberg area back to your accommodation (550km). Overnight at Durban.

Day 11: Durban towards Hluhluwe. After a good night rest you depart from flat travel towards Hluhluwe / Umfolozi Game Reserve, the park contains immense diversity of fauna and flora and is particularly famous for its conservation of black and white rhino. It contains of hundreds endangered black rhino and the largest population of white rhino in the world. You can enjoy your breakfast and lunch in this beautiful scenic park. We then depart at ± 4.30pm for our accommodation (420km). Overnight at Hluhluwe.

Day 12: Hluhluwe towards Maputo. Today we travel towards an Island at Mozambique. We travel through Swaziland into South Africa & into Mozambique (500km). Overnight at Maputo.

Day 13: Maputo towards Inhaca Island & Back. After a good night rest & breakfast we depart to Inhaca Island for some fantastic scuba diving on some of the beautiful reefs. We enjoy the day of all sorts of water sports. Overnight at Maputo.

Day 14: Inhaca Island towards Kruger Park. After breakfast we depart towards Kruger Park and enjoy the beauty of the nature of this great park (300km). Overnight Kruger Park.

Day 15: Kruger Park. An early morning game walk before breakfast inside the Kruger Park. After breakfast we will enjoy more of the nature and wildlife of this great park. We can arrange a night-drives (200km). Overnight Kruger Park.

Day 16: Kruger Park towards Johannesburg via Graskop. We can enjoy a morning game drive before we travel the Panoramic Route visiting some interesting spots such as Blyderiver canyon, Bourke’s luck potholes, God’s Window & the Pinnacle before we enter Lydenburg at the foot of the well-known Long tom pass, Dullstroom (South Africa’s trout fishing mecca) & Belfast (Hadaeco tulip farm, the biggest tulip bulb exporter to Europe) before we cross parts of the Mpumalanga Highveld with towns such as Middelburg (Africa’s biggest stainless steel factory is situated next to this town) & Witbank (South Africa’s coal capital with more than 22 collieries in its boundaries). Before we reach Johannesburg International airport for your flight back home (500km). Overnight on the airplane.
