A fun, upbeat and friendly beach front resort is your base on this adventurous tour. Wake up in the morning to the waves lapping the reefs, and set out on a new day's worth of adventure. Zip across the rainforest canopy, cool off under a tropical waterfall, paddle the interior rivers, jet ski across the seas, have a picnic on a deserted beach. This is one of our most fun, and most popular itineraries.
Your Itinerary:
Day 1: Bula and Welcome to Fiji! After arriving at Nadi International Airport, meet your private guide, who will assist you with your luggage, and escort you to your transport. You'll take a scenic drive down the Coral Coast to your destination - Fiji's Adventure Capital - Pacific Harbour.
Check into your ocean view bure and enjoy the view! You are on one of Fiji's longest sand beaches, with the warm ocean just steps away - just waiting for you to jump in!
Days 2-5: Adventure Central! Your package includes:
- Luva River Adventure. The Wainikoriiluva (Luva) River adventure combines five unique Fijian experiences into a fantastic one-day trip! Begin with an overland journey into the Namosi Highlands, which takes you through the island's mountainous rainforest interior. This tropical paradise is home to the quaint village of Nakavika, where you're welcomed as a friend with a village visit and a traditional kava ceremony in the home of the chief.
A short walk brings you to the Luva River, where you take charge of your own inflatable kayak. After a brief training session, you're off to play in the Class II whitewater and rock mazes of the Luva. As your island adventure continues, you'll enjoy a riverside picnic lunch followed by a fun hike through lush surroundings to spectacular Wainuta Falls, where a refreshing dip in the pristine pool beneath awaits. Add this to the thrill of paddling the Luva's rolling waves and exciting chutes, and you have a fun and diverse river adventure!
At the confluence of the Luva and Upper Navua rivers, board a motorized longboat for the remainder of your trip down the Navua Canyon. Winding downstream, you're treated to cascading waterfalls, lush rainforest, village life, and an occasional glimpse of the fruit bat, harrier hawk, kingfisher, parrot and heron that make this canyon their home. Includes: (L).
- Zipline Canopy Tour. What an amazing sight! Fly above the rainforest canopy, on Fiji's first zipline tour. Created by the professionals who coordinated Costa Rica's zipline tours, they promise Fiji's will rank among the best in the world. Includes rappelling as well!
- Jet Ski Safari. Travel across the ocean, jumping the waves to Beqa Island. Stop along the way for amazing snorkeling in world-famous Beqa Lagoon, a picnic lunch on a sandy beach, and ride the waves back to the main island. Includes picnic lunch.
Other complimentary activities include hikes, waterfall treks, kayaking and beach volleyball.
Day 6: Isa Lei - Departure Day. Check out of your bure, say "Moce" to the beautiful South Seas, and make your way back to the airport, where your flight home awaits. Or extend your adventure!
