Tour Itinerary:
Day 1: Delhi - Leh (Arrival). Depart by morning direct flight form New Delhi to Leh. Upon arrival you will be received by our representative and transferred to the Hotel. The drive form airport to hotel will take approx 45 minutes. Tea / Coffee will be served at the hotel as a welcome drink upon arrival. Check into your rooms. After some rest, change and wash Hot Lunch will be served at the hotel. Rest of the day is free to acclimatize to the weather. Later in the day go for sightseeing visiting the Leh Market, Leh Palace, Hall of Fame and Shanti Stupa. Return back to the hotel in the evening. Dinner and overnight stay is at the hotel in Leh. Day 2: Leh – Lamayuru / Ule – Alchi (160 kms). After breakfast in the morning at the hotel check out and drive to Lamayuru. En route visit Liker Monastery and Gurudwara Pathar Sahib. Arrive Alchi by afternoon and check into the Camp at Alchi or Ule. Hot Lunch will be served at the Camp or Resort. After Lunch drive to visit the mesmerizing Moon landscapes and the Lamayuru monastery (Oldest Monastery in Ladakh). Return back to the camp / resort for Dinner. Overnight stay is at the hotel/Camp. Day 3: Alchi – Leh (70 kms). After breakfast in the morning at the hotel check out and drive to Leh. En route visit Alchi Monastery, Basgo Palace and Hall of Fame. Arrive at Leh by afternoon and check into the hotel. Lunch will be served at the hotel. Rest of the day is free for leisure, sightseeing and shopping activities at your own. Dinner and Overnight stay is at the hotel in Leh. Day 4: Leh - Pangong (160 kms). After breakfast in the morning at the hotel check out and drive to Pangong Lake (14,500 ft), through Changla Pass 17,350 ft. It is the third highest Motorable road in the world. Arrive Pangong Lake by early afternoon. This is the highest Salt Water Lake in the World, shared by two countries India & China. Check into the Camp Site. Lunch will be served upon arrival. Rest of the day is free for leisure activities. Enjoy the beauty of the lake on the Banks of Pangong while appreciating the changing Colors and fascinating high altitude of the Lake. Dinner and Overnight stay is at the Camp in Pangong. Day 5: Pangong – Hemis – Leh (160 kms). After breakfast in the morning at the hotel check out and drive to Leh. En route visit The Shey Palace, Thiksey, Hemis monasteries and Stok Palace Museum. In the afternoon packed or hot Lunch will be provided. Continue your drive to Leh so as to arrive before evening. Check into the hotel. Evening is free for leisure activities. Dinner and overnight stay is at the hotel in Leh. Day 6: Leh – Khardungla - Leh. After breakfast in the morning at the hotel drive to Khardungla, the highest Motorable road in the world. Tea / Coffee at a local restaurant is a real treat along with the mystic nature to look for. Hot Packed lunch will be provided in the afternoon. Return back to the hotel in Leh. Evening is for leisure and personal activities. Dinner and overnight stay is at the hotel in Leh. Day 7: Leh – Delhi - Onward destination Fly back. After breakfast in the morning at the hotel you have spare time for leisure activities. Later check out and drive to the airport to board your flight back to Delhi. Depending on your onwards travel plans you will have time for leisure and shopping activities in Delhi. Later transfer to the airport to connect for your flight for your onwards destination. Fly back to your home with the everlasting memories of magnificent glimpses of Ladakh. Notes: Price Includes:
