Tour Itinerary:

Day 1: Travel to Queen Elizabeth via Mbarara. Stop over for a lunch at Regency hotel. Connect to Queen Elizabeth through the Katungulu gate in the in the afternoon and check in at Mwea safari lodge. In the evening, travel to the crater area on a game drive.

Expect to view a number of animals like the Elephants, Buffaloes, the forest monkey, lion, leopard, the unique Ugandan antelope, the kob and the Kazinga Channel, which is said to contain the world's largest concentration of hippos and numerous Nile crocodiles - all easily viewed from a boat cruise. Dinner and overnight at Mwea safari lodge or Jacana safari lodge.

Day 2: Travel to Kyambura gorge before sunlight to track the chimpanzees and a variety of other primates. Lunch at Mwea. Cruise along the Kazinga channel in the afternoon. Expect to view a number of bird species like pelicans, king fisher, African fish eagle etc.

Day 3: Early game viewing around Kasenyi before breakfast. Expect to see some lions and the Uganda kobs. Depart for Kampala after breakfast.
