Tour Itinerary:
Day 1: Arrive Delhi
After your long flight when you arrive Delhi, which is a palimpsest, bearing the complexities, the contradictions, the beauty and the dynamism of a city where the past coexists with the present. Many dynasties ruled from here and the city is rich in the architecture of its monuments. The diverse cultural elements absorbed into the daily life of the city have enriched its character. Exploring the city can be a fascinating and rewarding experience. As you drive towards your hotel you would find the city is already starting to get ready for a new dawn and the newspaperman waiting at the crossing points to sell the newspaper. On arrival at the hotel Gets Holidays representative would complete your check-in formalities and guide you to your room where you can taste your first experience of Indian Hospitality. Day 2: Delhi-Agra (205km 4hr drive)
Morning after breakfast at 07:30hr Gets Holidays representative would meet you at the lobby to brief you of the tour and handover you all the documents related to your tour. You would be introduced to your guide who is with you for the full day to show you the various monuments and interesting places in Delhi a combination of Old and New. You proceed to the walls of Old Delhi where the busy crowd of the Chandni Chowk Bazaar guides you to the Jama Masjid a symbol of faith and trust.
Once you have visited the Masjid, your guide would take you to the Red Fort which had been an emblem of power not only for ages but during the British Period and even now. The museum inside the Red Fort is an interesting place, which have many important collection of the Indian Freedom Movement. Your guide would take you Raj Ghat where the remains of Mahatma Gandhi lies and the moment you come close to his remains you would feel his divine power would make you to think of his dedication and self tolerance.
Take your time to pay your respect to the man who had created an example to the world of self-tolerance. Later proceed to India Gate where the busy Delhi is reflected in its moving street circle and way far the President House reflects the Shining India as a Global Power in the decades to come. Later drive to Agra at 16:00hr. Overnight stay in Agra.
Day 3: Agra- Jaipur (255km 5hr drive)
Early morning, at 06:30hr visit to witness the incomparable Taj Mahal with its speculative view at the time of Sunrise. Taj Mahal, the architectural modern day wonder of the world; this monument is a fine example of the fusion of many architectural styles is one of the wonders of the modern world. Taj, endowed it with some of the loveliest buildings in the world. Return to hotel for breakfast. The tour continues with a visit to the Agra Fort from where one can get the most moving view of the Taj from the little octagonal tower in the Agra Fort, which lies, across the river Jamuna. At 13:00 hrs drive to Jaipur.
On arrival transfer to hotel. After relaxing in the evening visit to Birla Temple, speculator white marble temple, glitters in the in the night, at the time of dinner visit to Chokhi Dhani - an ethnic 5 star resort serving Rajasthani and Continental cuisine with live music, astrology, games, folk dances and music, puppet shows in an ambiance of an ethnic village. Return to the hotel for overnight. Overnight stay in Jaipur
Day 4: Jaipur-Delhi
Today after breakfast at 07:00hr explore the Pink City. Have a sightseeing tour of City Palace in the heart of Jaipur is known for its blend of Rajasthani and Mughal architecture. Not far away is the Central Museum. Jantar Mantar is the largest of the five observatories built by Sawai Jai Singh. The Hawa Mahal or the Palace of Winds was constructed for the royal ladies to watch the royal processions without being seen, all monuments are located in the vicinity of City Palace Complex of Jaipur. Later late afternoon at 12:00 hrs drive to Delhi for International Airport for your onward journey. Tour ends with happy memories.
