You’ll start the weekend with a wine and appetizer social hour at the Lodge before dinner at Justine’s. On Saturday night, our chef is preparing a very special seven-course dinner that will pair beautifully with the selection of wines brought to us by The Wine Company. We’ll be on hand throughout the meal to describe the wines chosen for each course, and give you tips for pairing wine with food at home.
For lunch on Saturday you may either dine in our Bistro, or join us for a picnic lunch at one of our nearby overlooks. When you’re not sipping or feasting, take advantage of the local hiking trails, go for a horseback ride, and watch for wildlife. Or, just spend some time relaxing or pampering — with a good book by the fire, a long nap, or a therapeutic massage.
