Tour Itinerary:
Day 1: Early morning flight from Istanbul to Kayseri. Transfer
by minivan to Ayvali village near Urgup and check in at Gamirasu Cave Hotel. Afternoon ride to get to know horses. Dinner at hotel.
Day 2: Ride from Avanos to Sarihidir. Continue on to Sarihan restored 13th Century Caravanserai, Zelve and Pasabag. Leave the horses and drive to visit to Goreme Open air Museum. Dinner at the hotel.
Day 3: Ride from Çavusin through the tranquil White Valley to Uçhisar. Continue on to the villages of Kavak and Bahçeli. Finish the day in Ayvali. Delicious organic dinner at hotel in Ayvali.
Day 4: Ride from Ayvali to Ibrahimpasa, then on to Ortahisar for lunch. After lunch enjoy a long, exhilarating ride through the Red and Rose Valleys on to Çavusin and Avanos. Dinner at hotel.
Day 5: Half day Guided Tour with car to Underground city, Keslik monastery and Mustafapasa old Greek town. Overnight Cappadocia.
Day 6: Transfer to the airport and leave Cappadocia.
