Tour Itinerary:

Day 1: Bula and Welcome to Fiji!

Upon arrival at Nadi International Airport, you'll be met by your Fiji Adventures personal guide, who will assist you with your luggage and take you to your transport, to Sonaisali Island. Check into your ocean view hotel room, and then embark on your first adventure (remember, this is the world's most adventurous honeymoon, and you're burning' daylight!). See Fiji from a bird's eye view, looking down from a parachute! See your world below you (tandem skydive with certified, professional instructors - no worries!).
Includes: Accommodation: Sonaisali Island Resort

Day 2: Kadavu Island.

After a great breakfast buffet at your resort, check out and head back to the airport (quick 20 minute ride) and your flight to the adventurous island of Kadavu. You'll take a "water taxi" around the island group, over brilliant lagoons, following the rugged coastline. You'll arrive at your hidden treasure, Matava Resort, where there's time to drop your bags in your ocean view bure, and take the short trip out to a private island, where "afternoon tea" will be served on the sand - and snorkeling gear is ready for you.
Includes: (B, D, Afternoon tea), Accommodation: Matava Resort.

Day 3: Kayaks & Culture.

After a fresh breakfast, pack up an overnight kit and set out, on kayaks, for your day's journey. Your adventure begins with a guided kayak from the resort to Nacomoto village, pausing along the way for some snorkeling and a packed lunch on a secluded sandy beach. After arriving at the village, you'll present a "sevu sevu" - a gift of a Kava root - and receive the traditional welcome from the village chief and elders.

Your local guide from the village will take you on a walk into the hills to see some sights of historic interest. The guide is extremely knowledgeable about the history of the region and the surrounding flora and fauna. Cool off in the hidden waterfall where your guide will offer you some green coconut milk straight from the tree.

Dinner is back at the village with the elders and the family you will be staying with. You will be invited to join in the ensuing kava ceremony and hear the ancient stories of the village elders. Includes: Accommodation: Village bure. Meals: (B, L, D).

Day 4: Return Kayak & Snokel.

Return kayak trip back to the resort (or the resort boat will pick you up if you prefer). Then it's a great day on the Great Astrolabe. The Great Astrolabe Reef is the world's 4th largest fringing reef. The reef is teeming with life, and you'll get a chance to experience it via a snorkeling expedition. An amazing array of colorful tropical fish, soft coral gardens, sea fans, and colorful hard corals will surround you.
Includes: Accommodation: Matava Resort. Meals: (B, L, D).

Day 5: Nadi to Savusavu.

Check out of your resort, and fly back to Nadi Airport. Don't waste time, because your connecting flight to Savusavu awaits. The flight takes you to Fiji's second largest island, Vanua Levu, and the Savusavu Region. Here you will be met by a guide, and taken to Nagigi Village. The village will fete you with an authentic lovo (underground oven) feast and entertain you with song and dance celebrations.

This is to honor you, as you will be braving a night on a deserted island, Survivor style. Don't worry, a comfy tent awaits you, and the amazing starry skies will delight. Crack open a coconut, have a midnight snack of papaya, banana or mango, and enjoy the quiet that surrounds you.
Includes: Accommodation: Bakabaka Island. Meals: (B, D).

Day 6: Wild Boars!

Today, take off wild boar hunting. This is no normal hunting excursion, as the Fijians don't use guns or even bows and arrows. They use their hunting dogs, and expertly throw spears at their prey. You'll take off trekking the interior, following the dogs and they circle the wild boar, and you'll get a chance to hunt, Fiji style. Please note: the boar will supply a much appreciated gift of food for Nagigi village.

The thrill of the hunt doesn't thrill you? No worries - for the more restrained, we have spa treatments set up for you at nearby Koro Sun Resort, in their Rainforest Spa. After your hunt, you'll be transferred to Koro Sun Resort, to soak in the pool, or the sea, and enjoy your brief "down time."
Includes: Accommodation: Koro Sun Resort. Meals: (B, L, D).

Day 7: Snorkel Split Rock.

This is one of our most favorite snorkeling spot. Split Rock was previously used by a luxury resort as a fish feed spot. Because of this regular event, the area is surrounded with fish of every size and color, eagerly awaiting a treat from visiting snorkelers. Make sure your resort guide brings plenty of bread crusts, and you'll have underseas friends literally eating out of your hand.

Back at the resort, take a guided kayak trip, mountain bike, take on the villagers in a game of volleyball (beware, they are Fiji champions!), play tennis, trek the rainforest, or relax and gear up for your next day's adventure.
Includes: Accommodation: Koro Sun Resort. Meals: (B, L, D).

Day 8: Flight to Taveuni.

After breakfast, catch the brief flight to the next island, Taveuni. Taveuni is Fiji's garden island, full of lush rainforests, beautiful blooms and birds, crashing waterfalls, and jagged coastlines. You'll check into the small, intimate Coconut Grove Beach Cottages, a quiet seaside retreat. Then catch the transport to Bouma National Heritage Park, where you'll spend the day trekking the waterfalls.

Three falls await, one more spectacular then the next. The first falls is an easy 15 minute hike, offering a large cooling pool and deep waterfalls. The other two waterfalls are progressively harder to reach, a 30 minute and 45 minute hike respectively. Even though the hike is challenging, you'll be rewarded by spectacular waterfalls, and even more spectacular views. Back at the resort, take time to unwind and snorkel right out front of your private bungalow.
Includes: Accommodation: Coconut Grove Beach Cottages. Meals: (B).

Day 9: 4 Wheelin'.

Today you'll 4 wheel up to the biggest, youngest crater lake in the South Pacific - Lake Tagimoucia. Here the elusive Tagamoucia flower is found - and found nowhere else in the world. If you time it right, you may see this unique and rare Fiji flower. Take in the views of this totally untouched rainforest and enjoy a cooling dip into the mouth of the volcanic crater.
Includes: Accommodation: Coconut Grove Beach Cottages. Meals: (B).

Day 10: Coastal Walk.

A wonderful first hand look at the beautiful scenic coastline and trip to a the lower waterfalls. A relatively easy, albeit long, walk - approximately 6 hours. Half Day tours are available as well.
Includes: Accommodation: Coconut Grove Beach Cottages. Meals: (B).

Day 11: Flight to Suva.

Morning flight to the capital city of Fiji - Suva. Your transport and guide will meet you at the airport, and take you up the coast, until you get to the Wainadoi Valley. In the valley you'll take a zipline canopy tour - a way to see the rainforest over and through the trees. Tie on, hook up, and fly! Also included is tree rappelling, if desired.

After your trip, head back up the coast to Pacific Harbor, where you'll check into your deluxe resort.
Includes: Accommodation: The Pearl South Pacific. Meals: (B).

Day 12: Jet Ski.

Ride the waves across the ocean, to beautiful Beqa Lagoon and island. Stop at a sandy beach on the island for a fresh picnic lunch, then continue to circumnavigate this island of firewalkers. Stop for snorkeling over an amazing reef, then back over the waves and back to your resort for an evening sunset meal.
Includes: Accommodation: The Pearl South Pacific. Meals: (B, L).

Day 13: White Waters.

Up early and head out through Fiji's lush interior, to the headwaters of the Upper Navua River. Here you will set your oarsboat into the waters, and make your way down the beautiful Navua. This is Fiji's Grand Canyon region, a spectacular blend of grottos, waterfalls and sheer rock cliffs. An full day on the river, one you won't likely forget.
Includes: Accommodation: The Pearl South Pacific. Meals: (B, L).

Day 14: Departure Day.

After enjoying your honeymoon (anniversary?) trip, check out of your resort, and take your transport back to Nadi Airport, for your onwards flight home. Meals: (B).
